Abstract
Description
도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 실내온 및 배터리온 관리 방법을 나타내는 순서도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에서 기준 SOC 값을 결정하기 위한 맵 데이터의 일례를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명에서 실내 열부하 값으로부터 목표설정온도를 결정하는데 사용되는 데이터의 일례를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6은 본 발명에서 실내 열부하에 따라 냉방시스템 작동의 제어 상태를 예시한 도면으로서 컴프레서의 온/오프 제어, 풍량 및 풍향 제어의 예를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 7은 본 발명에서 컴프레서 허용 전력(a) 및 증발기목표온도(b) 설정 맵의 일례를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (14)
- (a) 외부충전장치에 의해 차량 배터리가 충전되는 동안 사용자가 단말기를 조작하여 차량에 원격냉방 작동을 요청하는 단계와;
(b) 차량의 무선통신단말기가 원격냉방 작동 요청을 수신하여 제어부에 전달하면 제어부가 배터리 SOC를 체크하는 단계와;
(c) 배터리 SOC가 기준 SOC 값 이상이 되는 조건을 만족하면 실내 열부하를 계산하고 계산된 실내 열부하로부터 목표설정온도를 결정하는 단계와;
(d) 이어 실내온도가 목표설정온도에 도달 및 유지되도록 냉방시스템을 작동 및 제어하는 단계와;
(e) 상기 냉방시스템의 작동 동안 배터리 냉각시스템의 작동을 제어하여 배터리 온도를 관리하는 단계;
를 포함하는 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 SOC 체크 과정에서는 외기온도와 일사량 정보에 기초하여 미리 설정된 맵 데이터로부터 기준 SOC 값을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 실내 열부하는 실내온도와 외기온도, 일사량 정보에 기초하여 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉방시스템이 작동되는 시간은 미리 설정된 최대 작동시간 이내로 제한되는 것을 특징으로 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 최대 작동시간 경과시 냉방시스템이 오프되면 무선통신단말기를 통해 사용자의 단말기로 냉방시스템이 오프됨을 알려주는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서 냉방시스템의 작동시, 상기 (c) 단계에서 계산된 실내 열부하에 따라 컴프레서의 온/오프, 공조블로워의 풍량, 차량 실내에 토출되는 냉각공기의 풍향모드를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서 냉방시스템의 작동시, 컴프레서의 작동 허용 전력과 작동 목표량을 결정한 뒤, 컴프레서의 작동 전력을 상기 컴프레서의 작동 허용 전력 이내로 제한하면서 컴프레서의 작동 허용 전력을 목표설정온도와 실내온도의 차이에 따라 조정하고, 컴프레서의 작동량이 작동 목표량에 도달한 조건에서 컴프레서의 작동을 중지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 컴프레서 작동 허용 전력은 (c) 단계에서 결정된 목표설정온도와 피드백되는 실내온도의 차이에 따른 값으로 구해지고,
상기 목표설정온도와 피드백되는 실내온도의 차이에 따른 값으로 증발기목표온도를 구한 뒤 실시간 측정되는 증발기 온도가 상기 증발기목표온도에 도달하면 컴프레서의 작동량이 작동 목표량에 도달한 것으로 판정하여 컴프레서의 작동을 중지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
외부충전장치에 의해 차량 배터리가 충전되는 동안 상기 제어부가 실시간 수집되는 배터리 온도에 따라 배터리 냉각시스템의 작동을 제어하여 배터리 온도를 관리하는 강제 관리모드 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 배터리 온도가 기준온도 이상으로 상승할 경우 배터리 냉각시스템의 작동과 더불어 배터리 충전량 제한을 추가로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 배터리 냉각시스템의 작동시 냉방시스템의 작동에 의해 냉각된 실내공기를 배터리에 공급하여 배터리를 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계 이전에 외부충전장치에 의해 차량 배터리가 충전되는 동안 사용자가 단말기를 조작하여 운행시점을 예약하면 예약된 운행시점을 수신한 상기 제어부가 냉방시스템의 작동시점을 계산하는 단계와;
이후 냉방시스템의 작동시점이 되면 제어부가 상기 (b) 단계에서 (e) 단계를 별도로 수행하는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 충전시 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 작동시점을 계산하는 단계에서, 외기온도와 일사량에 따른 목표설정온도 도달시간 맵을 이용하여 현재의 외기온도와 일사량으로부터 목표설정온도에 도달하기까지의 소요시간을 구한 뒤, 예약된 운행시점과 소요시간으로부터 작동시점을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 온도 관리 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서 배터리 SOC가 기준 SOC 값을 만족하지 못하면 기준 SOC 값 조건을 만족할 때까지 작동시점을 연기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 온도 관리 방법.
