Claims (15)
- a. 일방향 고성능 섬유를 병렬 방식으로 위치시키는 단계;
b. 상기 섬유를 압밀(consolidation)하여 단일층을 수득하는 단계;
c. 하나의 단일층에서의 섬유 방향이 인접 단일층에서의 섬유 방향과 각도 α를 이루도록 2개 이상의 단일층을 적층시키는 단계;
d. 2개 이상의 단일층의 적층체를 가압 및 가열 처리한 후 상기 2개 이상의 단일층의 적층체를 가압 하에 80℃ 이하의 온도로 냉각시킴으로써 고정화시키는 단계로서, 이때 가압 처리 시간이 상기 섬유의 융점 또는 분해 온도 미만의 온도에서 0.5 MPa 이상의 압력에서 2초 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 단계
를 포함하는, 일방향 고성능 섬유를 포함하는 다층 물질 시트의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
고성능 섬유의 인장 강도가 1.2 GPa 이상이고 인장 탄성률이 40 GPa 이상인, 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
고성능 섬유가 고성능 폴리올레핀 섬유, 바람직하게는 고성능 폴리에틸렌 섬유인, 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
고성능 섬유가 아라미드(aramid) 섬유인, 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
고성능 폴리올레핀 섬유가 겔 방적 공정에 의해 수득되는, 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
벨트 프레스(belt press)가 이용되는, 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
고정화 동안 가압 처리가 등압 조건 하에 수행되는, 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단일층이 추가로 매트릭스 물질을 20 중량% 이하의 농도로 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 제조 방법에 의해 수득되는, 일방향 고성능 섬유를 포함하는 다층 물질 시트.
- 제9항에 있어서,
일방향 고성능 섬유가 폴리올레핀 섬유인, 다층 물질 시트. - 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,
일방향 고성능 섬유가 폴리에틸렌 섬유, 바람직하게는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 섬유인, 다층 물질 시트. - 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
일방향 고성능 섬유가 아라미드 섬유인, 다층 물질 시트. - 제8항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로 하나 이상의 플라스틱 필름을 바람직하게는 다층 물질 시트의 외면에 포함하는, 다층 물질 시트. - 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다층 물질 시트의, 연질 방탄 제품 제조에 있어서의 용도.
- 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다층 물질 시트의, 경질 제품, 바람직하게는 경질 방탄 제품 제조에 있어서의 용도.
