Claims (1)
- 35중량%의 찹쌀가루, 7중량%의 전분, 5중량%의 콩가루, 8중량%의 녹차가루, 8중량%의 감귤껍질가루, 6중량%의 흑설탕, 5중량%의 탈지분유, 5중량%의 대두유, 3중량%의 정제소금, 5중량%의 베이킹파우더, 3중량%의 포도당, 2중량%의 향료, 2중량%의 효모, 3중량%의 치자황색소로 혼합된 반죽물과;
상기 반죽물 속에 첨가되는 3중량%의 흑설탕과, 땅콩 알갱이, 참깨, 백앙금, 소금으로 이루어진 고명으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 즉석식 기능성 호떡.
