Claims (9)
- 이하의 특징을 갖는 유청 단백질 가수분해물을 유효 성분으로 하는 지방 축적 억제제:
1. 분자량 분포가 10 kDa 이하이고 메인 피크 200 Da?3 kDa,
2. APL(평균 펩티드 사슬 길이)은 2?8,
3. 유리 아미노산 함량 20% 이하,
4. 분지쇄 아미노산 함량 20% 이상,
5. 항원성이 β-락토글로불린의 1/100,000 이하. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유청 단백질 가수분해물이,
유청 단백질을 pH 6?10, 50℃?70℃에서 내열성의 단백질 가수분해효소를 이용하여 열변성시키면서 분해하는 분해 공정과,
상기 분해 공정을 거친 후, 가열하여 효소를 실활시키는 실활 공정
을 거쳐 얻어지는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방 축적 억제제. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유청 단백질 가수분해물이,
유청 단백질을 pH 6?10, 20℃?55℃에서 단백질 가수분해효소를 이용하여 분해하는 전분해 공정과,
상기 전분해 공정을 거친 후, 50℃?70℃로 승온시켜, pH 6?10, 50℃?70℃에서 내열성의 단백질 가수분해효소를 이용하여 미분해의 유청 단백질을 열변성시키면서 분해하는 분해 공정과,
상기 분해 공정을 거친 후, 가열하여 효소를 실활시키는 실활 공정
을 거쳐 얻어지는 것인 지방 축적 억제제. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유청 단백질 가수분해물이,
유청 단백질을 pH 6?10, 20℃?55℃에서 단백질 가수분해효소를 이용하여 분해하는 전분해 공정과,
상기 전분해 공정을 거친 후, 50℃?70℃로 승온시켜, pH 6?10, 50℃?70℃에서 내열성의 단백질 가수분해효소를 이용하여 미분해의 유청 단백질을 열변성시키면서 분해하는 분해 공정과,
상기 분해 공정을 거친 후, 가열하여 효소를 실활시키는 효소 실활 공정과,
상기 효소 실활 공정을 거친 후에, 분획 분자량 1?20 kDa의 한외 여과막 처리하는 한외 여과 공정과,
상기 한외 여과 공정을 거쳐 얻어진 투과액을, 분획 분자량 100?500 Da의 정밀 여과막 처리하고, 미투과물을 얻는 정밀 여과 공정
을 거침으로써 얻어지는 것인 지방 축적 억제제. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 지방 축적 억제제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방 축적 억제용 음식품, 영양 조성물 또는 사료.
- 유청 단백질을 pH 6?10, 50℃?70℃에서 내열성의 단백질 가수분해효소를 이용하여 열변성시키면서 분해하는 분해 공정과,
상기 분해 공정을 거친 후, 가열하여 효소를 실활시키는 실활 공정
을 포함하는 지방 축적 억제제의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 분해 공정의 전공정으로서, 유청 단백질을 pH 6?10, 20℃?55℃에서 단백질 가수분해효소를 이용하여 분해하는 전분해 공정을 포함하는 지방 축적 억제제의 제조 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 실활 공정의 후공정으로서, 분획 분자량 1?20 kDa의 한외 여과막 처리하는 한외 여과 공정과,
상기 한외 여과 공정을 거쳐 얻어진 투과액을, 분획 분자량 100?500 Da의 정밀 여과막 처리하고, 미투과물을 얻는 정밀 여과 공정
을 포함하는 지방 축적 억제제의 제조 방법. - 이하의 특징을 갖는 유청 단백질 가수분해물을 10 g/일 이상 섭취함에 따른 지방 축적 억제 방법:
1. 분자량 분포가 10 kDa 이하이고 메인 피크 200 Da?3 kDa,
2. APL(평균 펩티드 사슬 길이)은 2?8,
3. 유리 아미노산 함량 20% 이하,
4. 분지쇄 아미노산 함량 20% 이상,
5. 항원성이 β-락토글로불린의 1/100,000 이하.
