Abstract
또한 본 발명에 의한 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체 및 이의 제조방법은 발포체를 구성하는 발포체 셀모양을 구체화하고, 그에 따른 바람직한 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체 제조방법을 제시하여, 종래의 일반적인 발포체에 비하여 열전도율이 현저히 감소되어 단열성 및 차열성이 우수한 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 발포체를 실현가능한 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (14)
- 기본수지인 폴리올레핀계 공중합체 수지 100중량부에 대하여,
가교제 0.1~5중량부와;
발포제 1~30중량부;를 포함하는 발포체 혼합물로 구성되고,
상기 발포체 혼합물은 압출기로서 일정의 넓이와 두께를 갖는 모판으로 압출성형되고, 발포로로서 상기 압출성형된 모판이 가교ㆍ발포되어, 가교ㆍ발포된 발포체는 인취방향으로 수평장축을 갖는 타원구 형태의 발포체 셀모양을 갖고, 0.0250~0.0360㎉/mh℃의 열전도율과 10~30배의 발포배율을 갖도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 셀모양은,
인취방향으로 수평장축 길이가 1일 때, 수직단축 길이가 0.2~0.8의 길이비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기본 수지가 폴리프로필렌계 공중합체 수지를 포함하는 경우에는,
상기 발포체 혼합물은 기본수지 100중량부에 대하여,
카드뮴 화합물 (cadmium compound), 칼슘 화합물(calsium compound), 아연 화합물(zinc compound), 마그네슘 화합물(magnesium compound), 철 화합물(iron compound) 또는 구리 화합물(copper compound) 중 어느 하나 이상의 발포보조제 0.1~5중량부와; 트리알리리소사이뉴에이트(Triallylisocyanuate), 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트 (Trimethylolpropane trimetacrylate) 또는 메탈릭 이오노머(metallic ionomer) 중 어느 하나 이상의 가교보조제 0.1~5중량부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체.
- 기본수지인 폴리올레핀계 공중합체 수지 100중량부에 대하여,
가교제 0.1~5중량부와;
발포제 1~30중량부;를 포함하는 발포체 혼합물을 준비하는 혼합물준비공정과;
압출기를 이용하여 상기 혼합물준비공정에서 준비된 발포체 혼합물을 일정의 넓이와 두께를 갖는 모판으로 압출성형하는 압출공정과;
상기 압출공정 처리로 압출된 모판을 혼합물준비공정에서 포함된 가교제로서 화학적으로 가교하고, 발포로로서 10~30배의 발포배율로 발포하는 가교ㆍ발포공정;을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 가교ㆍ발포공정 처리된 발포체는 인취방향으로 수평장축을 갖는 타원구 형태의 발포체 셀모양을 갖고, 0.0250~0.0360㎉/mh℃의 열전도율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 셀모양은,
인취방향으로 수평장축 길이가 1일 때, 수직단축 길이가 0.2~0.8의 길이비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 압출공정의 압출기는 실린더의 및 다이스 온도가 90~210℃를 갖고,
상기 가교ㆍ발포공정의 발포로는 140~300℃를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 발포로는 수평 발포로 또는 수직 발포로 중 어느 하나이고,
모판 인입속도가 1m/min일 때, 발포체 인취속도는 1.7~4.0m/min의 속도비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체 제조방법.
- 기본수지인 폴리올레핀계 공중합체 수지 100중량부에 대하여,
발포제 1~30중량부와;
발포보조제 0.1~5중량부;를 포함하는 발포체 혼합물로 구성되고,
상기 발포체 혼합물은 압출기로서 일정의 넓이와 두께를 갖는 모판으로 압출성형되고, 발포로로서 상기 압출성형된 모판이 가교ㆍ발포되어, 가교ㆍ발포된 발포체는 인취방향으로 수평장축을 갖는 타원구 형태의 발포체 셀모양을 갖고, 0.0250~0.0360㎉/mh℃의 열전도율과 10~30배의 발포배율을 갖도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 셀모양은,
인취방향의 수평장축 길이가 1일 때, 인취방향의 수직단축 길이가 0.2~0.8의 길이비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 기본 수지가 폴리프로필렌계 공중합체 수지를 포함하는 경우에는,
상기 발포체 혼합물은 기본수지 100중량부에 대하여,
트리알리리소사이뉴에이트(Triallylisocyanuate), 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트 (Trimethylolpropane trimetacrylate) 또는 메탈릭 이오노머(metallic ionomer) 중 어느 하나 이상의 가교보조제 0.1~5중량부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체.
- 기본수지인 폴리올레핀계 공중합체 수지 100중량부에 대하여,
발포제 1~30중량부와;
발포보조제 0.1~5중량부;를 포함하는 발포체 혼합물을 준비하는 혼합물준비공정과;
압출기를 이용하여 상기 혼합물준비공정에서 준비된 발포체 혼합물을 일정의 넓이와 두께를 갖는 모판으로 압출성형하는 압출공정과;
상기 전자선조사기를 이용하여 상기 압출공정 처리로 압출된 모판에 일정의 전압과 소정의 전자선량을 갖는 전자선을 조사하여 모판을 가교하는 전자선 가교공정과;
상기 전자선 가교공정 처리된 모판을 발포로로서 10~30배의 발포배율을 갖는 발포체로 발포하는 발포공정;을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 발포공정 처리된 발포체는 수평방향으로 장축을 갖는 타원구 형태의 발포체 셀모양을 갖고, 0.0250~0.0360㎉/mh℃의 열전도율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 발포체 셀모양은,
인취방향으로 수평장축 길이가 1일 때, 수직단축 길이가 0.2~0.8의 길이비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 압출공정의 압출기는 실린더의 및 다이스 온도가 90~210℃를 갖고,
상기 일정의 전압과 소정의 전자선량을 갖는 전자선은 100~1500kv의 전압과 0.1~5.0Mrad의 전자선량을 갖고,
상기 발포공정의 발포로는 140~300℃를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 발포로는 수평 발포로 또는 수직 발포로 중, 어느 하나이고,
모판 인입속도가 1m/min일 때, 발포체 인취속도는 1.7~4.0m/min의 속도비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 폴리올레핀 공중합체 수지 발포체 제조방법.
