Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예 1 및 비교예 1에 대한 ATREF로부터의 단쇄 분지 분포 및 log Mv 데이터를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (20)
- 평균 Mv 및 혼성중합체와 고결정성 분획 사이의 밸리 온도(Thc)를 갖고, ATREF로부터의 Thc 초과의 분획에 대한 평균 Mv를 ATREF로부터의 전체 중합체의 평균 Mv로 나눈 값(Mhc/Mp)이 약 1.95 미만이며, CDBI가 60% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불균질하게 분지된 혼성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 55% 미만의 CDBI를 갖는 혼성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 1.7 미만의 Mhc/Mp를 갖는 혼성중합체.
- 고밀도(HD) 분획 및 전체 밀도를 갖고, %HD 분획 < -2733.3 + 2988.7x + 144111.5(x - 0.92325)2(여기서 x는 전체 밀도(g/㎤)임)인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체.
- 제1항의 혼성중합체를 포함하는 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 550gm 이상의 다트(Dart) A를 포함하는 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 10% 미만의 헤이즈를 포함하는 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 75 유닛 초과의 45도 광택도를 포함하는 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 400gm/mil 초과의 정규화 MD 인열을 포함하는 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 다른 천연 또는 합성 중합체를 더 포함하는 혼성중합체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 합성 중합체가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 혼성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 0.1 내지 약 10g/10분의 용융 지수를 포함하는 혼성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 0.9 내지 약 0.935g/㎤의 전체 밀도를 포함하는 혼성중합체.

- 중합 온도 및 압력 하에서 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀을 촉매 조성물과 접촉시켜, 평균 Mv 및 혼성중합체와 고결정성 분획 사이의 밸리 온도(Thc)를 갖고, ATREF로부터의 Thc 초과의 분획에 대한 평균 Mv를 ATREF로부터의 전체 중합체의 평균 Mv로 나눈 값(Mhc/Mp)이 약 1.95 미만이며, CDBI가 60% 미만인 에틸렌/알파-올레핀 혼성중합체를 형성하는 단계 - 여기서 중합 조건은 약 1:1 내지 약 5:1의 알루미늄 대 촉매 금속 원자의 몰비를 포함함 -, 및 에틸렌/알파-올레핀 혼성중합체를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 에틸렌과 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀의 혼성중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 조성물은
(A) (1) 화학식 R"R'Mg.xAlR'3(여기서 R" 및 R' 각각은 알킬기임)으로 표시되는 1종 이상의 탄화수소 가용성 마그네슘 성분, (2) 반응 온도가 약 60℃ 이하이도록 하는 조건 하에서 1종 이상의 비금속 또는 금속 할라이드원을 접촉시킴으로써 제조되는 마그네슘 할라이드,
(B) 화학식 Tm(0R)yXy-x(여기서 Tm은 주기율표의 IVB족, VB족, VIB족, VIIB족 또는 VIII족 금속이고, R은 1 내지 약 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 히드로카르빌기임)로 표시되는 1종 이상의 전이 금속 화합물, 및
(C) 원하는 과량의 X:Mg 비를 제공하기에 불충분한 양의 상기 성분 (A)(2)가 존재하는 경우, 추가의 할라이드원
을 조합하여 얻어지는 생성물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
