Description
Claims (23)
- 광에 대한 투과율 및 반사율이 전기적으로 제어되는 능동형 반투과 소자;상기 능동형 반투과 소자에 의해 반사 및/또는 투과된 광을 변조하여 화상을 형성하는 디스플레이 패널;을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이 패널은 액정층의 투과율을 조절하여 광을 변조하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 고분자 분산형 액정에 블랙 염료를 혼합하여 이루어진 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이 패널은 대전 입자의 전기 영동을 이용하여 광을 변조하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이 패널은 전기 습윤 물질을 이용하여 광을 변조하는 디스플레 이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이 패널은 전기 변색 소자를 이용하여 광을 변조하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 능동형 반투과 소자는 고분자 분산형 액정으로 이루어진 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 능동형 반투과 소자는 고분자 분산형 액정에 나노 구조 물질을 삽입하여 이루어진 디스플레이 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 나노 구조 물질로 백색 종이를 사용하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 나노 구조 물질은 산란성 물질에 복수의 나노 기공이 형성된 형태인 디스플레이 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 산란성 물질은 Al2O3 또는 BaSO4인 디스플레이 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 나노 구조 물질은 튜브형 또는 와이어 형태의 나노 입자인 디스플레이 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 나노 입자는 TiO2, ZnO, BaTiO3, PbTiO3, Pb(Zr,Ti)O3, Al2O3, SiO2, BaO, SrTiO3, ZnS, BaSO4 중 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어진 디스플레이 장치.
- 백라이트 유닛;광에 대한 투과율 및 반사율이 전기적으로 제어되는 능동형 반투과 소자;상기 능동형 반투과 소자에 의해 반사 및/또는 투과된 광을 변조하여 화상을 형성하는 디스플레이 패널;을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이 패널은 액정층의 투과율을 조절하여 광을 변조하는 디스플 레이 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 고분자 분산형 액정에 블랙 염료를 혼합하여 이루어진 디스플레이 장치.
- 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 능동형 반투과 소자는 고분자 분산형 액정으로 이루어진 디스플레이 장치.
- 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 능동형 반투과 소자는 고분자 분산형 액정에 나노 구조 물질을 삽입하여 이루어진 디스플레이 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 나노 구조 물질로 백색 종이를 사용하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 나노 구조 물질은 산란성 물질에 복수의 나노 기공이 형성된 형태인 디스플레이 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 산란성 물질은 Al2O3 또는 BaSO4인 디스플레이 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 나노 구조 물질은 튜브형 또는 와이어 형태의 나노 입자인 디스플레이 장치.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 나노 입자는 TiO2, ZnO, BaTiO3, PbTiO3, Pb(Zr,Ti)O3, Al2O3, SiO2, BaO, SrTiO3, ZnS, BaSO4 중 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어진 디스플레이 장치.
