Description
Claims (9)
- 냉각수의 흐름통로를 형성하는 탱크부와;상기 탱크에 브레이징 결합된 헤더와;상기 헤더에 일측면이 설치되고 전후방으로 위치되어 복수의 코어부가 형성된 라디에이터와;상기 라디에이터의 코어부는 일측에 내연기관 측을 냉각하는 냉각수가 흐르는 제 1 코어부가 형성되고 타측에는 전장시스템을 냉각하는 제 2코어부가 가 구비되어 상기 제 1코어부와 제2 코어부가 한개의 탱크부에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 라디에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탱크부는 내부에 유입된 냉각수가 상기 제1 코어부와 제2 코어부에 분리되어 각각의 시스템으로 유동시키도록 두 개의 공간부가 형성되고, 그 사이에 열 전달 차단을 위한 에어포켓을 더 포함하여 구성된 자동차의 라디에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탱크부는 내부에 유입된 냉각수가 상기 제1 코어부와 제2 코어부에 분 리되어 각각의 시스템으로 분리하여 유동되도록 격막 구조로 형성된 자동차의 라디에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 코어부와 상기 제2 코어부는 상호 접촉하거나 분리된 자동차의 라디에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 라디에이터의 코어부중 차량 전방에는 전장용 냉각계 코어부가 위치하고 후방에는 내연기관용 냉각계 코어부가 위치되어 일체로 형성된 자동차의 라디에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 라디에이터의 코어부는 일측에 내연기관 측을 냉각하는 냉각수가 흐르는 제 1 코어부가 형성되고 타측에는 에어컨 시스템을 냉각하는 제 2코어부가 구비되고, 상기 제 1코어부와 제2 코어부가 한개의 탱크부에 설치된 자동차의 라디에이터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 라디에이터의 코어부중 차량 전방에는 전장용 냉각계 코어부가 위치하고 후방에는 에어컨 시스템용 냉각계 코어부가 위치되어 일체로 형성된 자동차의 라디에이터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 에어컨 시스템용 냉각계 코어부의 튜브 내부에는 전열량 증대를 위한 복수의 다공 홀이 형성된 자동차의 라디에이터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 탱크부는 두 개의 탱크부에 각각 코어부를 설치하고 접합수단에 의해 일체로 형성된 자동차의 라디에이터.
