Claims (12)
- 적어도 부분적으로 어떤 충격을 흡수하도록 의도된, 차량의 긴 구조적 요소를 형성하는 기계적 장치로서,전체적으로 다각형의 단면을 갖는, 프로파일(profile)을 갖거나 튜브형으로 된 긴 부분(1); 및긴 부분의 제1 단부에서 긴 부분의 축에 대해 실질적으로 직각인 각도로 장착된 제1 단부 부분(2)으로서, 차량의 다른 요소들에 고정되도록 의도된, 제1 단부 부분(2);을 포함하며,긴 부분(1)은 제1 단부 가까이에서 절개부들을 포함하고, 절개부들은 그 단면의 가장자리들의 근처에서 조정된 영역들 또는 가장자리들(171-174)을 형성하며,긴 부분(1)과 제1 단부 부분(2) 사이에는 견고한 고정부가 있으며, 그 고정부는 상기 조정된 영역들이 제1 단부 부분에 직접 실질적으로 지탱되게 유지시키고,상기 조정된 영역들(171-174)은, 충격 중에 틸팅(tilting)시키는 토크(torque)와 압축력을 견디도록 된 치수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 견고한 고정부는 적어도 하나의 리벳(82, 86)을 포함하는 것을 특징으 로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,절개부들 중 적어도 일부는, 상기 견고한 고정부에 기여하는 뒤로 굽혀진 탭(tab) 또는 러그(lug)(161, 162, 163)의 형태로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,제1 단부 부분(2)은, 상기 견고한 고정부에 기여하는 뒤로 굽혀진 탭 또는 러그(264)의 형태를 갖는 절개부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,긴 부분(1)의 일 단부에 제공된 적어도 하나의 탭 또는 러그 (161, 162, 163), 및 제1 단부 부분(2)에 제공된 적어도 하나의 탭 또는 러그 (264)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,긴 부분(1)의 일 단부에 형성된 세 개의 탭들 또는 러그들(161, 162, 163), 및 제1 단부 부분(2)에 제공된 하나의 탭 또는 러그 (264)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 견고한 고정부는, 각 탭 또는 러그(161, 162, 163, 264)를 위한 적어도 하나의 리벳을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 견고한 고정부는 탭들 또는 러그들 중의 적어도 일부를 위한 적어도 하나의 스폿 용접부(spot weld)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 견고한 고정부는 탭들 또는 러그들 중의 적어도 일부를 위한 적어도 하나의 스크류/나사형성부 조립체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 앞선 청구항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,기계적 장치는 긴 부분의 다른 단부(19)에 장착된 제2 단부 부분(5)을 포함하고, 이 제2 단부 부분은 차량의 다른 요소들에 지탱되는 것을 가능하게 하기 위하여 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 앞선 청구항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,긴 부분의 단부들(10, 19) 중의 하나에는 크림핑된 접합부(crimped joint) 가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
- 앞선 청구항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,러그들 중의 적어도 일부(264)는 플레이트를 스탬핑(stamping)함으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기계적 장치.
