Claims (9)
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식(1)에 있어서, Ar2, Ar3이 독립적으로 페닐기, 나프틸기, 페난트릴, 피리딜기, 피리미딜기, 또는 트리아질기의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식(1)에 있어서, -NAr2Ar3이 N-카르바졸릴기, N-페녹사지닐기, N-페노티아지닐기, 또는 N-β-카르볼리닐기의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서,일반식(2)에 있어서, 환 C를 구성하는 X 및 Y가 치환 혹은 미치환의 메틴인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서,일반식(2)에 있어서, 환 A를 구성하는 X가 질소 또는 미치환의 메틴인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 소자용 화합물을 포함하는 유기층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 유기층이 발광층, 정공 수송층, 전자 수송층, 및 정공 저지 소자층으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 유기층이 인광 발광 도펀트를 함유하는 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
