Claims (12)
- 기상 반응 혼합물이 유동층을 형성하는 불균일 미립자 촉매를 하부로부터 윗쪽으로 통과하여 흐르고, 상기 유동층 내에 내부 구조물이 설치되어 있는, 기상 반응을 수행하기 위한 유동층 반응기로서, 상기 내부 구조물은 유동층을 유동층 반응기 내에 수평 배열되는 복수개의 셀과 유동층 반응기 내에 수직 배열되는 복수개의 셀로 분할하며, 상기 셀은, 기체 투과성이고 수직 방향으로의 상기 불균일 미립자 촉매의 교환값이 반응기 용적 리터당 1∼100 L/hr의 범위가 되도록 하는 개구가 있는 셀 벽을 갖는 것인 유동층 반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동층 반응기 내에 배열되는 셀의 셀 벽의 개구는 수평 방향으로의 상기 불균일 미립자 촉매의 교환값이 반응기 용적 리터당 100 L/hr의 범위가 되도록 하는 것인 유동층 반응기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유동층 반응기 내에 배열되는 셀의 셀 벽의 개구는 수직 방향으로의 상기 불균일 미립자 촉매의 교환값이 반응기 용적 리터당 10∼50 L/hr의 범위가 되고 수평 방향으로의 상기 불균일 미립자 촉매의 교환값이 반응기 용적 리터당 0 또는 10∼50 L/hr의 범위가 되도록 하는 것인 유동층 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 구조물은, 유동층 반응기 내에 수직 방향으로 서로 평행하게 배치되고 수직선에 대한 경사각이 0이 아닌 주름선 사이 평면을 형성하는 주름선을 갖는 기체 투과성의 주름잡힌 금속판(metal sheet), 망상전신(網狀展伸) 금속판(expanded metal sheet) 또는 직조 메쉬를 포함한 크로스채널 패킹(cross-channel packing)으로서 형성되며, 이때 연속된 금속판, 망상전신 금속판 또는 직조 메쉬의 주름선 사이 평면은 부호는 반대이나 동일한 경사각을 가짐으로써, 주름선 사이 협착부에 의해 수직 방향으로 구획되는 셀을 형성하는 것인 유동층 반응기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 주름선 사이 평면의 수직선에 대한 경사각이 10∼80°, 바람직하게는 20∼70°, 특히 바람직하게는 30∼60°의 범위인 유동층 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 구조물이 공동구의 층으로 형성되는 것인 유동층 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 구조물의 셀은 방사성 트레이서법을 이용하여 측정한 수력 직경이 5∼100 mm, 특히 바람직하게는 5∼50 mm인 유동층 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 또는 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 구조물의 셀은 방사성 트레이서법을 이용하여 유동층 반응기의 수직 방향으로 측정한 평균 높이가 3∼100 mm, 바람직하게는 5∼40 mm인 유동층 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항, 제7항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판, 망상전신 금속판 또는 직조 메쉬의 주름선 사이 평면은 주름선 높이가 3∼100 mm, 특히 바람직하게는 5∼40 mm의 범위이며, 주름선 사이 협착부의 간격이 2∼50 mm, 특히 바람직하게는 3∼20 mm의 범위인 유동층 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 구조물 내에 열 교환기가 설치되는 것인 유동층 반응기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 열 교환기는 판 또는 관 형태로 형성되는 것인 유동층 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 구조물은 금속, 세라믹, 중합체 또는 유리 재료로 제조되는 것인 유동층 반응기.
