Claims (14)
- 2-클로로-5-[3,6-디히드로-3-메틸-2,6-디옥소-4-(트리플루오로메틸)-1-(2H)피리미디닐]-4-플루오로-N-[[메틸(1-메틸에틸)아미노]술포닐]벤즈아미드의 본질적으로 용매-무함유인 결정질 형태 II.
- 제1항에 있어서, 25℃에서 Cu-Kα 방사선을 사용한 X-선 분말 회절패턴에서 2θ 값 6.3 ± 0.3°, 9.4 ± 0.3°, 10.9 ± 0.3°, 11.9 ± 0.3°, 12.6 ± 0.3°, 15.0 ± 0.3°, 15.8 ± 0.3°, 17.1 ± 0.3°, 20.0 ± 0.3°, 20.4 ± 0.3°, 24.7 ± 0.3°, 25.2 ± 0.3°, 26.2 ± 0.3°로서 제공된 반사 중 2개 이상을 나타내는 결정질 형태 II.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 170 내지 200℃의 범위에서 용융 피크를 갖고 180 내지 190℃의 범위에서 피크 최대를 갖는 결정질 형태 II.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 94 중량% 이상의 2-클로로-5-[3,6-디히드로-3-메틸-2,6-디옥소-4-(트리플루오로메틸)-1-(2H)피리미디닐]-4-플루오로-N-[[메틸(1-메틸에틸)아미노]술포닐]벤즈아미드 함량을 갖는 결정질 형태 II.
- 본질적으로 용매-무함유인 결정질 형태 II로 본질적으로 이루어진 2-클로로-5-[3,6-디히드로-3-메틸-2,6-디옥소-4-(트리플루오로메틸)-1-(2H)-피리미디닐]-4-플루오로-N-[[메틸(1-메틸에틸)아미노]술포닐]벤즈아미드.
- i) 본질적으로 물을 함유하지 않는 유기 용매 중 2-클로로-5-[3,6-디히드로-3-메틸-2,6-디옥소-4-(트리플루오로메틸)-1-(2H)-피리미디닐]-4-플루오로-N-[[메틸(1-메틸에틸)아미노]술포닐]벤즈아미드의 용액의 제공 단계,ii) 1시간 이상의 기간에 걸친 2-클로로-5-[3,6-디히드로-3-메틸-2,6-디옥소-4-(트리플루오로메틸)-1-(2H)-피리미디닐]-4-플루오로-N-[[메틸(1-메틸에틸)아미노]술포닐]벤즈아미드의 결정화 수행 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 결정질 형태 II의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 C1-C6-알칸올, 3 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비환식 케톤, 5 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 환식 케톤, 모노-C1-C3-알킬벤젠, 클로로벤젠, 디클로로벤젠, 디-C1-C6-알킬 에테르, 5- 또는 6-원 지환족 에테르, 1 내지 3개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 니트로알칸, C1-C4-카르복실산의 C1-C4-알킬 에스테르, 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬니트릴, 지방족 C1-C4-카르복실산의 N,N-디메틸아 미드, 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 단계 i에서 제공된 용액을 냉각 및/또는 농축시켜 결정화를 수행하는 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용해도를 감소시키는 용매를 첨가하여 결정화를 수행하는 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 형태 II의 시드 결정의 존재 하에서 결정화를 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 결정질 형태 II 및 식물 보호 조성물의 제제화에 통상적으로 사용되는 보조제를 포함하는 식물 보호 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 수성 현탁 농축액의 형태인 식물 보호 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 비수성 현탁 농축액의 형태인 식물 보호 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 형태 II가 식물, 이의 환경 및/또는 종자에 작용하도록 하는, 원치않는 식물생장의 제어 방법.
