Claims (14)
- 기재층과,상기 기재층의 상측 및 하측 중 적어도 일측에 형성된 집광층을 포함하고,상기 집광층에는 양각부와 음각부가 동시에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기재층과 상기 기재층의 상측 및 하측 중 적어도 일측에 형성되는 집광층 사이에는 기능성층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 집광층에 형성된 양각부와 음각부는 비율이 1:1~50:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 집광층에 형성된 양각부와 음각부는 프리즘형, 삼각형, 피라미드형, 사각형 및 사다리꼴형 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 다각형 또는 렌티큘러형 및 마이크로렌즈형 중 선택되는 적어도 하나의 타원형 또는 상기 다각형과 상기 타원형의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 집광층에 형성된 양각부는폭(width)이 30~300㎛, 높이(height)가 40~300㎛, 꼭지점의 각도(angle)가 50~160°이며,상기 집광층에 형성된 음각부는 폭(width)이 30~400㎛, 깊이(depth)가 20~300㎛, 꼭지점의 각도(angle)가 30~170°인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 집광층에 형성된 양각부 및 음각부는 압출 성형, 열프레스 성형, 공압출 성형, 필름적층법, 용제접착법, 표면코팅법, 자외선 경화법 및 열 경화법 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 방법으로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 집광층은 굴절률이 1.3~2.0이고, 상기 기재층과의 굴절률 차는 0.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 집광층은 굴절률이 1.3~2.0이고, 상기 기능성층과의 굴절률 차는 0.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기재층은 베이스 수지로서 아크릴계, 스티렌-아크릴계, 스티렌계, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴계 및 폴리카보네이트계로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 수지를 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 기능성층은 베이스 수지로서 아크릴계, 스티렌-아크릴계, 스티렌계, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴계 및 폴리카보네이트계로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 수지를 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기재층 또는 상기 집광층은 유기입자, 무기입자 및 중공성 입자중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 기능성층은 유기입자, 무기입자 및 중공성 입자중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항의 광확산판을 구비한 백라이트 장치.
- 제 13 항의 백라이트 장치를 구비한 액정표시장치.
