Claims (11)
- 중형기공성 실리카 분자체 기공 내에 금속산화물과 유기계 자외선 차단제가 함께 담지된 유무기 복합분체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물은 산화세륨(CeO2) 또는 산화티타늄(TiO2)의 자외선-B 차단성분과 산화철(Fe2O3) 또는 산화아연(ZnO)의 자외선-A 차단성분임을 특징으로 하는 유무기 복합분체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기계 자외선 차단제는 신나메이트, 살리실레이트, 벤조페논, 트리아진 및 트리아존계 자외선 차단제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 유무기 복합분체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 분자체는 비표면적 200~900m2/g, 기공부피(Vp) 0.3~1.5cc/g, 기공크기(pore size) 5~15nm 범위의 다공성 실리카임을 특징으로 유무기 복합분체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카와 금속산화물의 중량합은 유무기 복합분체 총 중량에 대하여 5~60중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유무기 복합분체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합분체는 화장품용임을 특징으로 하는 유무기 복합분체.
- (1) 염화세륨 또는 티타늄 알콕사이드가 용해된 용액에 중형기공성 실리카 분자체를 담지시켜 자외선-B를 차단하는 금속산화물이 담지된 중형기공성 복합분체를 제조하는 단계;(2) 상기 (1) 단계에서 제조된 복합분체를 염화철 또는 염화아연이 용해된 용액에 담지시켜 자외선-A를 차단하는 금속산화물이 담지된 중형기공성 복합분체를 제조하는 단계; 및(3) 상기 (2) 단계에서 준비한 복합분체와 유기계 자외선 차단제를 유무기 복합분체 총 중량에 대하여 2~60중량%의 비율로 혼합하여 유기계 자외선 차단제가 담지된 중형기공성 복합분체를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 중형기공성 유무기 복합분체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 중형기공성 실리카는 비표면적이 200~900m2/g이고, 기공부피(Vp)가 0.3~1.5cc/g이며, 기공크기가 5~15nm인 것임을 특징으로 하는 중형기공성 유무기 복합분체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 자외선-B를 차단하는 금속산화물은 산화세륨(CeO2) 또는 산화티타늄(TiO2)이고, 자외선-A를 차단하는 금속산화물은 산화철(Fe2O3) 또는 산화아연(ZnO)임을 특징으로 하는 중형기공성 유무기 복합분체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 유기계 자외선 차단제는 신나메이트, 살리실레이트, 벤조페논, 트리아진 및 트리아존계 자외선 차단제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 중형기공성 유무기 복합분체의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 실리카와 금속산화물의 중량합은 유무기 복합분체 총 중량에 대하여 5~60중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유무기 복합분체.
