Claims (14)
- 용융될 공급원료, 특히 파철을 수용하기 위한 하부 용기부(101)와 상부 용기부(102)로 이루어진 노 용기(1), 및 커버 지지구조체(13, 20)에 의해 지지되는 노 용기 커버(2)를 갖는, 특히 전기 아크로인 용광로로서,상기 원통형 상부 용기부(102)는 원통형의 제1하부 세그먼트(105) 및 제2상부 세그먼트(106)를 포함하고, 상기 세그먼트 중 하나는 다른 하나와 중첩되며 적어도 하나의 리프팅장치(21/1, 21/2; 108)에 의해 다른 하나에 대하여 텔레스코핑적으로 이동가능하도록 구성되는용광로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 용기부(102)의 상부 세그먼트(106)는 상부 용기부(102)의 하부 세그먼트(105)를 중첩시키는용광로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 노 용기(1)의 원주에 분산되는 방법으로 배치된 리프팅장치(108)는 상 기 상부 용기부(102)의 상부 세그먼트(106)를 올리고 내리기 위하여 제공되는용광로.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 상부 용기부(102)의 원통형 상부 세그먼트(106)는, 노 용기 커버(2)의 에지에 부착되고, 상기 커버 지지구조체(20)에 따라 작동하는 커버 리프팅장치(21/1, 21/2)에 의해서 상기 상부 용기부(102)의 원통형 하부 세그먼트(105)에 대하여 텔레스코핑적으로 이동가능한용광로.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 상부 용기부(102)의 원통형 상부 세그먼트(106)의 하부 에지는 상기 원통형 하부 세그먼트(105)의 상부 에지 위로 약 0.3m에서 0.8m 올려질 수 있는용광로.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 상부 용기부(102)의 상부 세그먼트(106)를 텔레스코핑적으로 가이드하 기 위하여 상기 상부 용기부(102)의 하부 세그먼트(105)의 상부 에지에 적어도 하나의 가이드 요소가 제공되는용광로.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 용기 커버는 보강 리브(110)를 갖고 평평하게 구성되는용광로.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커버(2)를 지지하는 커버 지지구조체(13, 20)는 상기 노 용기(1)의 수직인 중앙축(16)에 평행하게 지향되며 상기 노 용기(1)의 측부에 배치되는 가이드축(17)에서 축방향으로 이동가능하게 지지되고, 상기 커버 지지구조체(13, 20)는 적어도 하나의 리프팅장치(21/1, 21/2)에 의해 올려지고 내려질 수 있는용광로.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 커버 지지구조체(13, 20)의 리프팅장치(21/1, 21/2)는, 상기 노 용 기(1)의 측부에 배치되는 피벗 갠트리(15)에서 지지되고, 상기 커버 지지구조체(13, 20)의 가이드축(16)에서 회전가능하게 지지되고, 드라이브에 의해 상기 가이드축(17)에 대하여 피벗가능하게 되고, 상기 커버(2)를 지지하는 커버 지지구조체(13, 20)는 가이드축에서 회전가능하게 지지되며 결합장치(22, 23, 24)에 의해 피벗 갠트리(15)와 연결되어 함께 회전되는용광로.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 커버 지지구조체(13, 20)에 중공의 실린더(25)가 부착되고, 상기 중공의 실린더(25)는 가이드축(17)에서 회전가능하게 지지되는용광로.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커버 지지구조체(13)는 커버(2)를 부분적으로 가로지르는 적어도 하나의 수평 다리(20/1)를 갖는 L형상 지지부(20, 20/1, 20/2)를 포함하는용광로.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 수평 다리(20/1)의 자유 단부에 근접한 L형상 지지부(20)에서 상기 커버의 직경축(32)의 각 측부에 커버 서스펜딩장치(34, 35)가 각각 제공되고, 상기 커버 에지 위의 영역에 커버 억제장치(36)가 제공되는용광로.
- 제8항 내지 제12항에 있어서,상기 커버 서스펜딩장치(34, 35)는 액츄에이터에 의해 작동가능한 볼트/구멍 연결부로 형성되는용광로.
- 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커버 지지구조체(13, 20)는 적어도 하나의 전극 리프팅장치(14)를 지지하는용광로.
