Claims (7)
- 다수개의 LED 램프를 설치하여 구동시키는 회로가 구성된 메탈PCB와, 상기 메탈PCB의 배면에 부착되어 상기 LED램프에서 발생되는 열을 균일하게 전달하는 히트 파이프와, 상기 LED 램프에서 나오는 빛을 균일하게 확산시키는 제1 반사판과, 상기 히트 파이프를 통해 전달된 열을 방열시키는 제1 방열판으로 구성된 LED 램프 유니트와;상기 LED 램프 유니트를 고정시키되 상기 제1 방열판과 연결되는 고정대와;상기 고정대와 연결되어 상기 제1 방열판에서 방열된 열과 상기 제1 방열판에서 상기 고정대를 통해 전도된 열을 재차 방열시키는 제2 방열판과;상기 LED 램프 유니트에서 나오는 빛을 균일하게 확산시키는 제2 반사판; 및상기 LED 램프 유니트와 제2 반사판을 포함하되 전면에 설치되는 확산판;을 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED 램프는 발광효율이 100 내지 150 lm/W 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1,2 방열판은 핀 형상을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고출 력 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1,2 방열판은 알루미늄 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 방열판은 공냉의 효과를 높이기 위해 방열 핀의 높이를 가장자리에서 중앙으로 갈수록 높게 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED 모듈 유니트는 어레이 형태로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 가로등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 확산판은 타원형의 투명 재질로 된 렌즈로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 LED 가로등.
