Claims (9)
- 탄소, 실리콘, 인, 망간, 마그네슘 성분을 갖으며, 바나듐(V)을 0.5 내지 2%, 몰리브덴(MO)을 0.5 내지 3%, 니켈(Ni)을 0.1 내지 2%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈하우징/배기매니폴드용 주형재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주형재는 600℃ 내지 900℃에서 내열성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈하우징/배기매니폴드용 주형재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주형재의 고온 인장강도는 700℃에서 140N/mm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈하우징/배기매니폴드용 주형재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주형재의 고온 인장강도는 800℃에서 75 내지 80N/mm2 인 것을 특징으 로 하는 터빈하우징/배기매니폴드용 주형재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주형재의 연신률은 800℃에서 35 내지 45%인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈하우징/배기매니폴드용 주형재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주형재의 항복점은 800 ℃에서 55 N/mm2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈하우징/배기매니폴드용 주형재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주형재의 열전도도는 20 내지 40W/mk인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈하우징/배기매니폴드용 주형재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주형재의 열산화로 인한 중량 증가는 16mg/cm2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈하우징/배기매니폴드용 주형재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주형재의 열팽창률은 800℃에서 05% 내지 1.5% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈하우징/배기매니폴드용 주형재.
