Claims (5)
- 황토를 이용한 온돌바닥시공방법에 있어서,콘크리트 바닥층(1)으로부터 다수의 사일런트 유닛(10)이 고정결합되어지는 사일런트 고정단계(S1)와;상기 사일런트 유닛(10)의 상측으로 단열재(2)가 시공되어지는 단열재 시공단계(S2)와;상기 단열재(2)의 상측으로 열전도체(3)가 시공되어지는 열전도체 시공단계(S3)와;상기 열전도체(3)의 상측으로 형성된 반구형상의 홈부(30)에 온수용 배관(31)이 안착결합되어지는 온수용 배관형성단계(S4)와;상기 열전도체(3)와 온수용 배관(31)의 상측으로 마감층(4)이 형성되어지되, 상기 마감층(4)은 또 다른 마감층(4')과 요철결합되어지는 마감층 형성단계(S5)가 순차적으로 제공되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토를 이용한 온돌바닥시공방법.
- 황토를 이용한 온돌바닥시공구조에 있어서,상기 황토바닥(A)은 콘크리트 바닥층(1)으로부터 사일런트 유닛(10)이 형성되고 상기 사일런트 유닛(10)의 상측으로 단열재(2)가 형성되며 상기 단열재(2)의 상측으로 열전도체(3)가 형성되어지되, 상기 열전도체(3)의 상측으로 형성된 반원형상의 홈부(30)에 온수용 배관(31)이 안착결합되어지며 상기 열전도체(3)의 상측 에는 황토재질의 마감층(4)이 형성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 황토를 이용한 온돌바닥시공구조.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 사일런트 유닛(10)은 완충부(11)와 핀부(12)로 결합되어지되, 상기 완충부(11)는 내측으로 끼움홈(110)이 형성되어지고 상기 끼움홈(110)에 핀부(12)의 헤드부(120)가 슬라이드결합되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토를 이용한 온돌바닥시공구조.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 완충부(11)의 끼움홈(110) 외측방향으로 중공부(111)가 형성되어 상기 완충부(11)의 끼움홈(110)과 상기 끼움홈(110)에 결합되어지는 핀부(12)의 헤드부(120) 외측으로 진공부(121)가 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토를 이용한 온돌바닥시공구조.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 마감층(4)의 외측으로 다수의 요철부(41)가 형성되어 또 다른 마감층(4')의 요철부(41')와 끼움결합되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토를 이용한 온돌바닥시공구조.
