Claims (3)
- 시멘트공정중에서 염소를 바이패스(bypass)하는 설비에 있어서, 시멘트 소성공정의 킬른 입구에서 추기수단을 통해 인출된 배가스를 냉각용 공기로 냉각하여 분리수단을 통해 포집된 염소를 포함하는 더스트를 바이패스 시키는 염소바이패스 설비에 있어서, 추기수단에 의해 추기된 바이패스가스는 냉각용 공기를 통해 200∼600℃범위로 냉각되어져 2개의 분리수단을 통해 분리되어 큰 입자는 킬른으로 재순환되고 중간입자는 2차 분리수단에서 포집되어 이송수단에 의해 외부로 배출되고 2차 분리수단에서 포집되어지지 아니한 입자는 추기된 가스흐름과 함께 시멘트 공정 예열기 후단으로 유입되어져 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염소바이패스 설비.

- 시멘트공정중에서 염소를 바이패스(bypass)하는 설비에 있어서, 시멘트 소성공정의 킬른 입구에서 추기수단을 통해 인출된 배가스를 냉각용 공기로 냉각하여 분리수단을 통해 포집된 염소를 포함하는 더스트를 바이패스 시키는 염소바이패스 설비에 있어서, 추기수단에 의해 추기된 바이패스가스는 냉각용 공기를 통해 200∼600℃범위로 냉각되어져 2개의 분리수단을 통해 분리되어 큰 입자는 킬른으로 재순환되고 중간입자는 2차 분리수단에서 포집되어 이송수단에 의해 시멘트 밀로 유입 되고 2차 분리수단에서 포집되어지지 아니한 입자는 추기된 가스흐름과 함께 시멘트 공정예열기 후단으로 유입되어져 원료밀로 이송되어 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염소바이패스 설비.
