Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 생성물 제조를 위한 전기분해 장치로서,산화에 의해 전력을 제공하되 전기분해에 의해 스택(stack)(1) 상태의 캐소드(1b)에서 생성물을 제공하도록 배치된, 800∼1,000℃에서 조작될 수 있는 전기분해 셀을 포함하고, 상기 전기분해 셀은 애노드(1a)와 캐소드(1b) 사이에서 파워 공급원에 의해 전력이 공급되는 상태에서 공급물 및 공기의 공급에 의해 상기 생성물을 발생하도록 사용되는 전기분해 장치로서,상기 공기는 터빈 엔진(4)에 의해 스택(1)으로 구동되고,상기 스택(1)을 위한 상기 공기는 상기 전기분해 셀에 공급되기 전에 부수적 열 공급원(incident heat source)을 이용하여 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
- 수소의 제조를 위한 물의 전기분해 장치로서,수소의 산화에 의해 전력을 제공하되 전기분해에 의해 스택(1) 상태의 캐소드(1b)에서 수소 생성물을 제공하도록 배치된, 800∼1,000℃에서 조작될 수 있는 전기분해 셀을 포함하고, 상기 전기분해 셀은 애노드(1a)와 캐소드(1b) 사이에서 파워 공급원에 의해 전력이 공급되는 상태에서 스팀 공급물 및 공기 공급물의 공급에 의해 수소 생성물을 발생하도록 사용되는 물의 전기분해 장치로서,상기 공기는 터빈 엔진(4)에 의해 스택(1)으로 구동되고,상기 스택(1)을 위한 상기 공기는 상기 전기분해 셀에 공급되기 전에 부수적 열 공급원을 이용하여 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 부수적 열 공급원은 파워 공급원 또는 다른 공정으로부터의 처리된 열에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부수적 열 공급원은 연소기(65)에서 발생된 생성물의 일부를 연소시킴으로써 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공기는 압축되고 500∼800℃의 온도로 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스택(1)으로부터 유출되는 공기의 일부는 상기 스택(1) 내로 재순환되는 것(3, 33)을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스택(1)으로부터 유출되는 생성물의 일부는 상기 스택(1) 내로 재순환되는 것(2)을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 스택(1) 내로 재순환된 생성물(2)의 일부는 상기 스택 내에서 환원성 분위기를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공기는 열교환기(5)에 의해 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스택(1)용 부수적 열을 생성하기 위해 터빈 엔진(4) 배기관으로부터 열을 받아들이기 위한 회수 설비(6)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스택(1)으로부터의 생성물 유동을 분리하기 위한 분리기(7)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 장치.
