Claims (10)
- 아노다이징 전처리 공정을 통해 알루미늄판의 표면에 기공을 형성하는 단계;상기 아노다이징된 알루미늄판을 금형에 고정하는 단계; 및상기 알루미늄판에 열가소성 수지를 사출하는 단계를 포함하는 알루미늄판에 대한 열가소성 수지의 직사출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지의 사출 후에, 상기 알루미늄판의 노출된 면을 코팅하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄판에 대한 열가소성 수지의 직사출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아노다이징 전처리공정은,알루미늄판을 산용액으로 산탈지하는 단계;산탈지된 알루미늄판을 화학샌딩하는 단계; 및상기 화학샌딩된 알루미늄판을 산용액 내에서 아노다이징하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄판에 대한 열가소성 수지의 직사출방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아노다이징하는 단계 후에, 실링첨가제로 실링하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄판에 대한 열가소성 수지의 직사출방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실링하는 단계 전에 금속염료로 알루미늄판을 착색하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄판에 대한 열가소성 수지의 직사출방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 산탈지는 황산용액에 의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄판에 대한 열가소성 수지의 직사출방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학샌딩은 인산 및 구연산을 첨가한 인산용액에 의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄판에 대한 열가소성 수지의 직사출방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아노다이징은 황산용액 내에서 이루어지는 것을 특징 으로 하는 알루미늄판에 대한 열가소성 수지의 직사출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄판을 금형에 고정하기 전에, 상기 알루미늄판 및 상기 금형을 예열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄판에 대한 열가소성 수지의 직사출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금형에는 상기 알루미늄판을 고정하기 위한 흡착기가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄판에 대한 열가소성 수지의 직사출방법.
