Claims (11)
- 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암(1)이며, 전방과 후방 섀시 측의 조인트 위치(7, 9) 사이에서 곡선으로 형성된 제1 컨트롤 아암(2) 및 후방 섀시 측의 조인트 위치(9)와 휠 측의 조인트 위치(10) 사이에서 연장되는 제2 컨트롤 아암(3)을 구비하며, 제1 컨트롤 아암(2)은 충돌시 에너지 흡수식으로 변형되도록 구성된 전방 차축을 위한 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암(1)에 있어서,제1 컨트롤 아암(2)은 주행 방향(8)으로 전방에 위치한 변형 섹션(12) 및 주행 방향(8)으로 후방에 위치한 강성 섹션(13)을 포함하며,제1 컨트롤 아암(2)은 정면 충돌시 차량 종방향(L)으로 주로 변형 섹션(12) 내에서 에너지 흡수식으로 변형되도록 형성되며,차량 횡 방향으로 연장되는 만곡 축(14)을 중심으로 섹션(13)의 굽힘 강성은 변형 섹션(12)의 굽힘 강성에 비해 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암.
- 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암(1)이며, 전방과 후방 섀시 측의 조인트 위치(7, 9) 사이에서 곡선으로 형성된 제1 컨트롤 아암(2) 및 후방 섀시 측의 조인트 위치(9)와 휠 측의 조인트 위치(10) 사이에서 연장되는 제2 컨트롤 아암(3)을 구비하며, 제1 컨트롤 아암(2)은 충돌시 에너지 흡수식으로 변형되도록 구성된 전방 차축을 위한 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암(1)에 있어서,제1 컨트롤 아암(2)은 주행 방향(8)으로 전방에 위치한 변형 섹션(12) 및 주행 방향(8)으로 후방에 위치한 강성 섹션(13)을 포함하고,제1 컨트롤 아암(2)은 휠에 대한 경사진 하중의 경우, 화살표 방향(Q)으로 외부로부터 변형 섹션(12) 내로 그리고 강성의 섹션(13) 내로 에너지 흡수식으로 변형되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 컨트롤 아암(2)은 섹션(13) 내에서 H형 프로파일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제1 컨트롤 아암(2)의 변형 섹션(12)은 완전 프로파일로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 변형 섹션(12)은 연속적으로, 즉 중단없이 섹션(13)으로 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3개의 조인트 위치(7, 9, 10)와, 제1 및 제2 컨트롤 아암(2, 3)은 한 평면 내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섹션(13)은 주행 방향(8)으로 점차 가늘어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 컨트롤 아암(2)은 전방과 후방 섀시 측의 조인트 위치(7, 9) 사이에서 W형 연장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 컨트롤 아암(2)의 변형 섹션(12)은 후방 섀시 측의 조인트 위치(9) 및 휠 측의 조인트 위치(10) 쪽으로 확대되고 이곳으로 합류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 컨트롤 아암(3)은 적어도 중앙 영역 내에서 제1 컨트롤 아암(2)의 섹션(13)의 일부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨트롤 아암.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 횡방향 컨트롤 아암 또는 경사 컨 트롤 아암을 구비한 차량.
