Claims (10)
- 스위칭 모드 회로(50)와 사용하기 위한 부하 회로(40)로서,상기 스위칭 모드 회로(50)의 출력에 연결된 직렬 유도-용량성 네트워크(32, 34); 및상기 스위칭 모드 회로(50)의 상기 출력에 연결된 하나 이상의 럼프 캐패시터(lumped capacitor)(42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐패시터(42)는 상기 스위칭 모드 회로(50)의 진성 캐패시턴스를 보상하는 부하 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부하 회로(40)는 상기 직렬 유도-용량성 네트워크(32, 34)에 연결된 임피던스 트랜스포머(44)를 더 포함하는 부하 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부하 회로(40)는 상기 스위칭 모드 회로(50)의 상기 출력에 연결된 분로 유도 소자(14)를 더 포함하는 부하 회로.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 분로 유도 소자(14)는 상기 스위칭 모드 회로(50)용 유도성 바이어스 라인을 포함하는 부하 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 직렬 유도-용량성 네트워크(32, 34)는 상기 스위칭 모드 회로(50)의 상기 출력에 연결된 유도성 소자(32)를 포함하는 부하 회로.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 직렬 유도-용량성 네트워크(32, 34)는 상기 유도성 소자(32)에 직렬로 연결된 용량성 소자(34)를 더 포함하는 부하 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부하 회로(40)는 클래스-E 부하를 제공하는 부하 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부하 회로(40)는 넓은 주파수 범위에 걸쳐 동시적인 고전력 부가 효율 및 고전력을 제공하는 부하 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부하 회로(40)는 7 내지 11㎓ 범위의 주파수에서 동작가능한 부하 회로.
