Claims (20)
- 비양자성의 비-수용성 전해질체, 상기 전해질과 효율적으로 접촉하는 제1 및 제2 전극을 포함하며,상기 제1 전극은 리튬 삽입 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 제2 전극은 탄소-탄소 복합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 전기화학 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소-탄소 복합체는 1000℃ 내지 3000℃의 온도 범위 내로 가열하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소-탄소 복합체 1.3g/cc 내지 2.0g/cc 범위 내의 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소-탄소 복합체는 50-1,000μohm-cm 범위 내의 전기적 비저항성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소-탄소 복합체는 50-600Wm-1K-1 범위 내의 열 전도율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소-탄소 복합체는 역청-기초 탄소 섬유로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소-탄소 복합체는 PAN-성분 탄소 섬유로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소-탄소 복합체는 레이온-기초 탄소 섬유로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극의 리튬 전이 금속 삽입 혼합물은 LiCoO2, LiNiCoO2, LiNiO2, LiMn2O4, LiMnO2, LiV2O5, LiV6O13, LiTiS2, Li3FeN2, Li7VN4, Li7MoN4, 및 Li2ZrN2, 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전해질은 비-수용성 용매에 용해된 리튬 혼합물 용질을 포함하는 비-수용성 유기 전해질 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전해질은 LiPF6, LiBF4, LiAsF6, LiCF3SO3, LiN(CF3SO2)2, 및 LiClO4를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 용질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전해질은 프로필렌탄산염, 에틸렌탄산염, 디에틸탄산염, 디메틸탄산염 및 에틸메틸탄산염, 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 비-수용성 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극은 리튬 삽입 화합물이 표면에 부착된 금속 기판을 포함하는 양극이며, 상기 제2 전극은 탄소-탄소 복합물을 포함하는 음극이고 상기 양극 및 음극의 표면은 양극과 음극의 각각의 표면에 효과적으로 접촉하는 비양자성 비-수용성 전해질이 투과되는 미세-다공성 전기적, 비-전도성 분리체에 의해 서로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 분리체는 미세-다공성 폴리-올레핀 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 양극과 음극은 밀봉된 밀봉체에 함유된 샌드위치 형태를 형성하고, 각각의 양극과 음극은 상기 전지를 외부 전기회로와 연결시키기 위한 밀봉된 밀봉체 밖으로 연장된 전도탭을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전 지.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 기판을 포함하는 양극, 음극, 및 전해질 투과 분리체는 모두 밀봉된 밀봉체에 함유되고, 각각의 양극과 음극은 상기 전지를 외부 전기회로와 연결시키기 위한 밀봉된 밀봉체 밖으로 연장된 전도탭을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지.
- 전지의 배터리를 한정하는 전기회로와 연결된 각각의 전극을 구비한 제1항에 따른 다수의 전기화학 전지를 포함하는 배터리.
- 전지의 배터리를 한정하는 전기회로와 연결된 각각의 전극을 구비한 제13항에 따른 다수의 전기화학 전지를 포함하는 배터리.
- 전지의 배터리를 한정하는 전기회로와 연결된 각각의 전극을 구비한 제16항에 따른 다수의 전기화학 전지를 포함하는 배터리.
- 비양자성 비-수용성 전해질체, 상기 전해질과 접촉하는 제1 및 제2 전극을 포함하며,상기 제1 전극은 리튬 삽입 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 제2 전극은 탄소-탄소 복합 물질을 포함하는 기판상에 증착된 탄소 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재충전 전기화학 전지.
