Description
Claims (12)
- 오일의 산화도를 모니터링하기 위한 방법에 있어서,(a) 자외선을 오일에 비추는 단계;(b) 상기 오일로부터 방출되는 적색, 녹색, 청색의 파장 영역의 형광빛 강도를 측정하는 단계;(c) 측정된 적색, 녹색, 청색의 파장 영역의 형광빛 강도 중에서 상대적으로 긴 파장 영역에서 측정된 값과 짧은 파장 영역에서 측정된 값을 결정하는 단계;(d) 상기 짧은 파장 영역에서의 측정값에 대한 상기 긴 파장 영역에서의 측정값의 비율로서 형광빛 방출 비율을 산출하는 단계; 그리고(e) 오일의 사용시간 경과에 따른 상기 형광빛 방출 비율의 변화를 모니터링하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모니터링방법은,(f) 오일의 사용시간 경과에 따라 변화되는 상기 형광빛 방출 비율이 기설정된 임계값에 도달했는지를 판단하는 단계; 그리고(g) 상기 형광빛 방출 비율이 상기 임계값에 도달했으면 오일의 교환시기를 알려주는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링방법.
- 오일의 산화도를 모니터링하기 위한 장치에 있어서,오일을 수용하는 부재의 일측벽에 장착되는 하우징;상기 하우징에 설치되고, 오일과 접촉하는 경계면을 가지며, 광이 투과되는 광학 윈도우;상기 광학 윈도우를 통해 오일 내로 자외선을 조사하기 위한 발광수단;오일로부터 방출되어 상기 광학 윈도우를 통과한 적색, 녹색, 청색 파장 영역의 형광빛을 각각 검출하여 형광빛 방출 강도를 측정하기 위한 감지수단; 그리고상기 감지수단에 의해 측정된 적색, 녹색, 청색 파장 영역에서의 상기 형광빛 방출 강도 중에서 상대적으로 긴 파장 영역에서 측정된 값과 짧은 파장 영역에서 측정된 값을 결정하고, 상기 짧은 파장 영역에서의 측정값에 대한 상기 긴 파장 영역에서의 측정값의 비율을 산출하고, 상기 비율의 변화를 모니터링하기 위한 제어부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발광수단은 자외선 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 감지수단은 컬러 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발광수단은 자외선 다이오드와, 상기 자외선 다이오드로부터 방사된 자외선을 상기 광학 윈도우로 전달하기 위한 제1 광섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 다이오드와 상기 제1 광섬유 사이에는 상기 자외선 다이오드로부터 방사된 자외선을 상기 제1 광섬유의 단부에 집중시키기 위한 볼렌즈가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 감지수단은 컬러 센서와, 오일로부터 방출되어 상기 광학 윈도우를 통과한 적색, 녹색, 청색의 파장 영역의 형광빛을 상기 컬러 센서로 전달하기 위한 적어도 하나의 제2 광섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광학 윈도우의 경계면에는 오일내의 오염물질이 상기 경계면에 고착되는 것을 방지하기 위한 소유성 물질이 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 소유성 물질은 하이드로플루오르에테르 용매 중의 플루오르실란 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 모니터링장치는 상기 제어부에 연결된 디스플레이수단을 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는 상기 짧은 파장 영역에서의 측정값에 대한 상기 긴 파장 영역에서의 측정값의 비율이 기설정된 임계값에 도달했는지를 판단하고, 상기 비율이 상기 임계값에 도달했으면 상기 디스플레이수단을 통해 오일의 교환시기를 알려주 도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링장치.
