Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 미생물에 의한 생분해 및 산화로 자연분해되는 생분해성 수지 조성물로서,수지 100중량부 당 키토산폐기물분말 1-50중량부 및 첨가제 0.001-30 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지 100 중량부 당 탄산칼슘 1 내지 60중량부 및 이산화 티타늄(Titanium dioxide) 1 내지 20중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 수지는 초산비닐(PVAC), 폴리스티렌(PS), 불포화폴리에스테르(UP), 메타크릴(PMMA), 폴리우레탄(PUR), 폴리염화비닐(PVC), 페놀수지(PF), 폴리염화비닐리덴(PVDC), 우레아수지(UF), ABS수지, 멜라민수지(MF), 산(SAN), SBS, Nylon, ASA, EPS, IPA, ALPHALAC, Alcohol, 에폭시수지, 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 고결정화도 폴리프로필렌(HIPP, High Lsotactic PP), 부틴랜덤 폴리프로필렌(Butene Random PP), 고용융장력 폴리프로필렌(HMSPP, High Melt Strength PP)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 첨가제는 열안정제, UV안정제 또는 자동산화제 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 열안정제는 아연(Zn), 카드뮴(Cd), 바륨-카드뮴(Barium- Cadmium) 계열, 바륨-카드뮴-아연(Barium-Cadmium-Zinc) 계열, 주석 또는 유기 주석(Tin 또는 Organo-Tin Complex) 계열, 칼슘-아연(Calcium-Zinc)계열, 아연-황(Zn-S)계열, 아연-스트론튬(Zn-st)계열, 납-스트론튬(Pb-St)계열, 바륨-스트론튬(Ba-st)계열, 칼슘-스트론튬(Ca-st)계열로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 UV안정제는 하이드록시벤조피논(Hydroxybenzophenone), 하이드록시페닐벤조트리아졸(Hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole), 또는 힌더드아민(Hindered Amine) 계열로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 자동산화제는 올레산, 리놀레산, 리놀렌산, 스테아린산, 올레산에스테르, 리놀레산에스테르, 리놀렌산에스테르, 또는 스테아린산에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 생분해성 수지 조성물로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 플라스틱 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 제품은 필름 또는 포장용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 플라스틱 제품.
