Description
Claims (13)
- 기판과;상기 기판 상에 형성되는 블랙 매트릭스들과;상기 기판 상에 형성되는 컬러필터들과;상기 컬러필터와 상기 블랙 매트릭스 중 적어도 어느 하나 상에 형성되는 반사패턴을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴은 블랙 매트릭스와 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴은 인접하는 컬러필터 사이에 걸쳐 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴은 AlNd과 Cr 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴의 폭은 상기 블랙 매트릭스의 폭 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 기판과;상기 기판 상에 형성되는 컬러필터들과;이웃하는 상기 컬러필터들 사이에 형성되어 입사광을 반사시키는 반사형 블랙매트릭스들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 반사형 블랙매트릭스는 AlNd과 Cr 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 기판 상에 블랙 매트릭스들을 형성하는 단계와;상기 기판 상에 컬러필터들을 형성하는 단계와;상기 컬러필터와 상기 블랙 매트릭스 중 적어도 어느 하나 상에 반사패턴을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴은 상기 블랙 매트릭스와 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과 형 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴은 AlNd과 Cr 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴의 폭은 상기 블랙 매트릭스의 폭 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 기판 상에 컬러필터들을 형성하는 단계와;이웃하는 상기 컬러필터들 사이에 입사광의 반사가 가능한 반사형 블랙매트릭스들을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 반사형 블랙 매트릭스는 AlNd과 Cr 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
