Claims (33)

- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 3급 아민 및 하나 이상의 알데히드 또는 케톤 잔기 기를 포함하는 화합물과 1급 아민을 포함하는 화합물과의 반응 생성물에 의해 수득된 촉매.

- 제1항에 있어서,(a) (i) 하나 이상의 에폭시 잔기를 포함하는 화합물 및 (ii) 에폭시 반응성 잔기 및 알데히드 또는 케톤 잔기를 포함하는 화합물의 혼합물 및(b) 단계 (a)의 생성물과 하나 이상의 1급 아민 및 하나 이상의 3급 아민 잔기를 포함하는 화합물을 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 단계의 반응 생성물인 촉매.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 에폭시 반응성 잔기가 알코올, 아민, 티올 또는 카르복실산인 촉매.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 알데히드 잔기 및 에폭사이드 반응성 잔기를 갖는 화합물이 C3 내지 C30의 지방족, 방향족 또는 폴리방향족 화합물 또는 헤테로원자를 포함하는 환 구조이되, 단, 알데히드 및 에폭사이드 잔기를 갖는 화합물이 환 구조를 포함할 경우, 알데히드 잔기는 환에 직접 결합하고 에폭사이드 반응성 잔기는 환에 직접 결합하거나 C3 내지 C6의 선형 또는 분지형 알킬을 통해 환에 결합하는 것인 촉매.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 에폭사이드 반응성 잔기 및 알데히드 잔기를 갖는 화합물이 살리실알데히드, 바닐린, 5-(하이드록시메틸)-푸르푸랄, 3-하이드록시벤즈알데히드, 4-하이드록시벤즈알데히드, 디하이드록시벤즈알데히드, 트리하이드록시벤즈알데히드, 2-카르복시벤즈알데히드, 3-카르복시벤즈알데히드 또는 그의 혼합물인 촉매.

- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트와 하나 이상의 알코올 또는 아민 잔기 및 하나 이상의 알데히드 또는 케톤 잔기를 갖는 화합물의 반응 생성물인 촉매.
- 관능가가 2 내지 8이고 하이드록실가가 20 내지 800인 폴리올 화합물 또는 폴리올의 블렌드 99.9 내지 50중량%; 및 촉매가 하나 이상의 이민 결합 및 하나 이상의 3급 아민기를 갖는 촉매 조성물 0.1 내지 50%를 포함하는 폴리올 조성물.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올 또는 폴리올 블렌드가 20 내지 100의 평균 하이드록실가를 갖는 폴리올 조성물.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 조성물이 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항의 촉매인 폴리올 조성물.
- (a) 하나 이상의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와(b) 폴리올이 2 내지 8의 산출된 명목 관능가(nominal functionality) 및 20 내지 800의 하이드록실가를 갖는 폴리올 조성물 및(c) 하나 이상의 이민 결합 및 하나 이상의 3급 아민기를 포함하는 하나 이상의 비휘산성(non-fugitive) 촉매(d) 임의로 또다른 촉매 및/또는 발포제(blowing agent)의 존재하에서; 및(e) 임의로 폴리우레탄 발포체(foam), 엘라스토머 또는 피복물 제조를 위해 그 자체로서 공지되어 있는 첨가제 또는 보조제의 혼합물의 반응에 의한 폴리우레탄 생성물의 제조 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 촉매가 (b) 및 (c)의 총량의 0.1 내지 50중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 촉매가 제1항 내지 제23항중 어느 한 항의 촉매인 방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 폴리올 조성물이 20 내지 100의 하이드록실가를 갖고 발포제가 폴리올의 0.2 내지 10중량%의 양으로 존재하는 물인, 연질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제30항의 방법에 의해 제조된 연질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제29항에 있어서, 폴리올 조성물이 200 내지 1000의 평균 하이드록실가를 갖고 발포제는 탄화수소 또는 하이드로플루오로카본과 배합된 물인 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제32항의 방법에 의해 제조된 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
