Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 냉동장치에 있어서,구동모터와, 상기 구동모터의 회전축을 지지하는 복수의 베어링부재를 갖는 터보압축기와;상기 터보압축기로부터 압축된 냉매가스를 응축하도록 마련된 응축기와;상기 응축기의 출구로부터 배출된 냉매 중 일부를 상기 구동모터 및 베어링부재를 냉각하도록 상기 터보압축기로 공급하는 냉매공급부와;상기 냉매공급부에 의해 공급되어 상기 터보압축기를 거친 냉각냉매를 배출하도록 마련된 냉매배출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터보압축기는 상기 구동모터의 일측에 마련되어 냉매가스를 1차 압축하는 제1압축부와, 상기 구동모터의 타측에 마련되어 1차 압축된 냉매가스를 2차 압축하는 제2압축부를 더 가지며,상기 냉매공급부는 상기 제1압축부 및 상기 구동모터 사이에 마련된 제1냉매공급구와, 상기 제2압축부 및 상기 구동모터 사이에 마련된 제2냉매공급구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 복수의 베어링부재는 상기 제1압축부와 상기 구동모터의 사이에 마련된 복수의 제1베어링부재와, 상기 제2압축부와 상기 구동모터의 사이에 마련된 복수의 제2베어링부재를 포함하며,상기 제1냉매공급구는 상기 복수의 제1베어링부재 사이에 마련되며, 상기 제2냉매공급구는 상기 제2베어링부재와 상기 제2압축부 사이에 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터보압축기는 상기 구동모터의 일측에 마련되어 냉매가스를 1차 압축하는 제1압축부와, 상기 구동모터의 타측에 마련되어 1차 압축된 냉매가스를 2차 압축하는 제2압축부를 더 가지며,상기 냉매배출부는 상기 제1압축부 및 상기 구동모터 사이에 마련된 제1냉매배출구와, 상기 제2압축부 및 상기 구동모터 사이에 마련된 제2냉매배출구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 복수의 베어링부재는 상기 제1압축부와 상기 구동모터의 사이에 마련된 복수의 제1베어링부재와, 상기 제2압축부와 상기 구동모터의 사이에 마련된 제2베어링부재를 포함하며,상기 제1냉매배출구는 상기 복수의 제1베어링부재 사이 및 상기 제1베어링부 재와 상기 구동모터 사이 중 적어도 하나에 마련되며, 상기 제2냉매배출구는 상기 제2베어링부재와 상기 구동모터 사이에 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉매공급부를 통해 상기 터보압축기로 공급하는 냉매는 상기 응축기의 출구로부터 배출된 냉각냉매의 5% 내지 10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉매공급부를 통해 상기 터보압축기로 공급되는 냉각냉매의 압력을 조절하기 위한 압력조절부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 터보압축기는 상기 구동모터의 일측에 마련되어 냉매가스를 1차 압축하는 제1압축부와, 상기 구동모터의 타측에 마련되어 1차 압축된 냉매가스를 2차 압축하는 제2압축부를 더 가지며,상기 압력조절부는 상기 냉매공급부를 통해 공급되는 냉각냉매의 압력을 상기 제1압축부 영역의 냉매가스의 압력보다 높게 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터보압축기로 압축될 냉매가스를 공급하기 위한 어큐뮬레이터를 더 포함하며,상기 냉매배출부는 상기 터보압축기로부터 배출된 냉각냉매를 상기 어큐뮬레이터로 공급하도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터보압축기는 상기 구동모터의 일측에 마련되어 냉매가스를 1차 압축하는 제1압축부와, 상기 구동모터의 타측에 마련되어 1차 압축된 냉매가스를 2차 압축하는 제2압축부를 더 가지며,상기 응축기의 출구로부터 배출된 냉매 중 일부를 상기 냉매배출부로부터 배출된 냉각냉매와 혼합하도록 마련된 제1냉매연결부와;상기 제1냉매연결부에 의해 혼합된 냉각냉매를 상기 제1압축부에 의해 1차 압축된 냉매가스와 혼합하도록 상기 터보압축기로 공급하는 제2냉매연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
