Abstract
본 고안은 지지부재와 개폐부재, 스프링, 결합부재, 통부재를 일체로 조립되게 모듈화 시킴으로써 품질관리가 용이하게 하여 동일한 조건에서 작동되는 균일한 제품을 손쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 원통부(11)에서 돌출 형성된 연결부(13)와, 상기 연결부(13) 끝의 +자로 교차된 부위에 형성된 지지부(14)와, 상기 지지부(14)에 형성된 축공(15)으로 이루어진 지지부재(10); 상기 축공(15)에 끼워지는 축부(21)와, 상기 축부(21)의 한쪽에 상기 지지부(14)의 내측 폭보다 직경이 작은 반구형의 개폐부(22)와, 상기 개폐부(22)에 형성된 홈부(23)와, 상기 축부(21)의 다른 한쪽에 형성된 결합부(24)로 이루어진 개폐부재(20); 상기 축부(21)에 끼워지게 설치되는 스프링(30); 상기 스프링(30)이 축부(21)에 끼워진 상태에서 상기 결합부(24)에 삽입 설치되어 접착제로 고정되는 결합부재(40); 내부에 단턱(61)이 형성되어 통부재(50)가 끼워지게 설치되는 끼움공(62)과, 외부 한쪽에 형성된 나사부(63)로 이루어진 금속 연결부재(60); 상기 나사부(63)에 결합되는 제 1 나사공(71)과 호스에 연결되는 제 2 나사공(72)이 격벽(73)을 경계로 나뉘어진 캡부재(70);로 이루어진 유체의 초과 흐름 차단장치에 있어서, 상기 원통부(11)의 끝부위에 형성된 미세 돌부(12); 외부에 형성된 패킹홈(51)과, 상기 원통부(11)에 접착제가 도포된 상태에서 끼워질 수 있게 형성된 결합공(52)과, 상기 결합공(52)의 끝에 형성된 차단공(53)으로 이루어진 통부재(50); 상기 패킹홈(51)에 끼워지게 설치된 링모양의 제 1 패킹부재(81); 상기 제 1 나사공(71)에 끼워지게 설치된 링모양의 제 2 패킹부재(82);로 구성된 유체의 초과 흐름 차단 장치.
