Claims (8)
- 기판;
상기 기판의 표면에 설치되고, 복수의 금속 나노 와이어를 포함하는 하나 이상의 투명 전극층; 및
상기 투명 전극층과 상기 기판 사이에 설치되고, 감광성 재료를 포함하는 절연층;
을 포함하는 터치 전극 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 투명 전극층은 제1 투명 전극층과 제2 투명 전극층을 포함하고, 상기 기판의 동일 표면에 차례대로 설치되며, 상기 절연층은 상기 제1 투명 전극층과 상기 제2 투명 전극층 사이에 설치되어 전기적으로 격리되어 있거나, 또는 상기 제1 투명 전극층과 상기 제2 투명 전극층이 각각 상기 기판의 대향하는 표면에 설치되는, 터치 전극 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 전극층은 감광성 재료를 더 포함하는, 터치 전극 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 편광 시트를 포함하고, 상기 투명 전극층은 상기 편광 시트의 상부 표면 또는 하부 표면에 설치되는, 터치 전극 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 컬러 필터를 포함하고, 상기 투명 전극층은 상기 컬러 필터의 상부 표면에 설치되는, 터치 전극 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
