본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 불편과 번거로움이 많았던 수압 측정용 배관마개의 문제점을 근본적으로 해결하기 위하여 안출하게 된 것으로서, O링 형상의 고무링으로 구성한 패킹의 사용을 탈피하고 배관 마개의 전면에 원뿔상의 패킹을 구성하되, 연결부(끈 부분)와 걸림구를 일체되게 하여 배관마개 전면에 통공된 구멍에 걸림구를 끼워서 접속한 다음, 수도배관의 주입구에 일직선으로 끼워서 결착함으로서, 체결 시 누수가 방지되고 사용 후 해체 시에 배관마개를 뺄 때에 원뿔상의 패킹이 연결부에 연결된 걸림구가 통공에 걸려서 자연스럽게 따라 나오도록 하여 취급사용이 편리하고 제작과 조립을 간편하게 하여 원가를 줄였으며, 완벽하게 수압을 측정할 수 있도록 함에 목적이 있다.The present invention was devised to fundamentally solve the problems of the conventional hydraulic pressure measuring pipe stopper, which was a lot of inconvenience and hassle, and avoided the use of the packing consisting of an O-ring shaped rubber ring on the front of the pipe stopper. 이와 같이 된 본 고안은 종래에 배관마개를, 수도배관 주입구에 결착하는 과정에서 O링 형상의 패킹을 배관마개의 나선부 외주면의 후면부 에 끼워서 결착하는 종래의, 완전한 누수 차단이 될 수 없었던 원인을 근본적으로 해결하는데, 원뿔상의 패킹을 배관마개 전면부에 접속시켜 수도배관의 나선조 경계면인 입구를 콜크 병마개와 같이 밀착, 압착하여 결착함으로서, 완벽한 누수차단을 할 수 있게 되어, 효과적인 수압측정을 할 수 있고, 측정 후 해체 시에는 배관마개를 돌려서 빼게되면 상기 원뿔상의 패킹은 걸림구가 직사각형 통공구에 걸려서 연결부로 연결된 패킹은 쉽사리 수도배관의 나선부에서 이탈 되어 수압측정을 정확 신속하게 할 수 있는 효과적인 것이다.In this way, the present invention has not been able to prevent the conventional complete leakage blocking by inserting the O-ring-shaped packing into the rear part of the outer peripheral surface of the spiral part of the pipe plug in the process of binding the pipe plug to the water pipe inlet.
