Abstract
본 고안은, 돔형상의 금속판 정점부에 기립부와 가압면으로 이루어지는 가압집중돌출부를 돌출 형성한 키패드용 메탈 돔 스위치에 있어서, 상기 가압집중돌출부의 기립부는, 펀치와 다이를 이용하는 굽힘가공 또는 하프 블랭킹에 의한 프레스 성형에 의하여 복수개의 기립면과 복수개의 단차면으로 이루어지는 계단형상으로 형성되고, 상기 기립부의 전체 높이는, 금속판 재료두께(t)의 1.0~3.0t로 형성하고, 상기 기립부의 전체 높이는 복수개의 기립면 수와 각 기립부의 높이를 설정하는 것에 의해 형성된다. 또한 상기 가압집중돌출부의 주변에는 복수개의 하향접촉돌기를 하방으로 돌출시켜 형성한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 돔형상의 금속판 정점부에 기립부와 가압면으로 이루어지는 가압집중돌출부를 돌출 형성한 키패드용 메탈 돔 스위치에 있어서,
상기 가압집중돌출부의 기립부는, 펀치와 다이를 이용하는 굽힘가공 또는 하프 블랭킹 가공에 의한 프레스 성형에 의하여, 복수개의 기립면과 복수개의 단차면으로 이루어지는 계단형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드용 메탈 돔 스위치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기립부의 전체 높이(H)는, 금속판 재료두께(t)의 1.0~3.0t로 형성하고, 상기 기립부의 전체 높이(H)는 복수개의 기립면 수와 각 기립면의 높이(h)를 설정하는 것에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드용 메탈 돔 스위치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 기립면은 제1 내지 제3 기립면으로 이루어지고, 상기 제1 내지 제3 기립면 각각의 높이는 1/3~1/2t로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드용 메탈 돔 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 단차면을 가압집중돌출부의 돌출방향으로 각각 경사지게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드용 메탈 돔 스위치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 계단형상의 가압집중돌출부가 환형으로 돌출형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드용 메탈 돔 스위치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 가압집중돌출부의 주변에 복수개의 하향접촉돌기를 하방으로 돌출시켜 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드용 메탈 돔 스위치.
