Claims (2)
- 스테인레스스틸 박판을 소재로 프레싱 가공하여 용접형성한 벨로즈형 스프링(9) 한쪽끝을 슬리브(10)와 일체로 형성된 벨로즈형 스프링고정판(8)에 용접부착하며 다른쪽 끝을 회전링 고정편(11)의 외면에 용접부착하고 회전링 고정편(11) 내면에는 회전링(12)을 끼워 고정하여서 형성한 콤팩트시일(가)을 회전축 베어링(2)과 오일실커버(3) 사이의 공간(4) 내에 끼워지도록 슬리브(10)를 회전축(1)에 끼워 고정하면서 오일실커버(3) 내면에 고무패킹(6)과 밀착 고정설치시킨 고정링(7)면과 회전링(12)면을 밀접시키고 슬리브(10) 외측끝(10a)은 슬리브 고정링(13)으로 조여 붙여 고정하여서 된 메카니칼 콤팩트 시일장치
- 청구항 1에 있어서 고정링(7)과 오일실커버(3) 내면 사이를 동패킹(15)으로 시일링하며 슬리브 외측끝(10a)에도 동패킹(15a)으로 시일링하되 동패킹(15)(15a)의 요입부에 쇄기(16)(16a)를 끼워 붙여 밀착 고정하므로써 고온, 고압에 견딜 수 있는 시일장치를 구성하여서 된 메카니칼 콤팩트 시일장치
