Claims (11)
- 아스타산틴 함유 오일이나 파우더를,물 또는 알코올 또는 물과 알코올의 혼합물, 그리고Cellulose, Dextran, Cyclodextran, Gelatin, Chitin, Chitosan 및 사포닌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물과 혼합한 다음,1000-25,000rpm의 고속회전 분쇄·혼용기를 이용하여 고속으로 교반하여 인캡슐레이션(microencapsulation) 및 콤플렉션(complextion)시키는 것을 특징으로 하는지용성 아스타산틴의 수용화 조제 방법.
- 아스타산틴 함유 오일이나 파우더를,물이나 알코올 또는 물과 알코올의 혼합물, 그리고글리세린 지방산 에스테르류, 솔비탄 지방산 에스테르류, 에스텔류, 레시틴, 유기산 모노글리세라이드류, 폴리글리세린 지방산에스테르류, 스테아릴 젖산 나트륨, 폴리솔베이트류로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물과 혼합한 다음,1000-25,000rpm의 고속회전 분쇄·혼용기를 이용하여 고속으로 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는지용성 아스타산틴의 수용화 조제 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,수용화의 대상이 되는 아스타산틴 오일이나 아스타산틴 파우더는,헤마토코커스 조류를 배양한 후 건조, 분쇄한 후 추출하여 아스타산틴 함량이 1 - 99%인 헤마토코커스 조류 추출물,게, 새우 등의 갑각류로부터 추출된 아스타산틴 오일이나 아스타산틴 파우더, 및효모균주인 파피아 로드지마(Phaffia rhodozyma)를 배양하여 유기용매로 용해시킨 후 분리 농축하여 얻어내는 아스타산틴 오일이나 아스타산틴 파우더 중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는지용성 아스타산틴의 수용화 조제 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 방법에 따라 제조되는 아스타산틴 수용화물.
- 제3항의 방법에 따라 제조되는 아스타산틴 수용화물.
- 지용성의 카로티노이드류를,물 또는 알코올 또는 물과 알코올의 혼합물, 그리고Cellulose, Dextran, Cyclodextran, Gelatin, Chitin, Chitosan 및 사포닌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물과 혼합한 다음,1000-25,000rpm의 고속회전 분쇄·혼용기를 이용하여 고속으로 교반하여 인캡슐레이션(microencapsulation) 및 콤플렉션(complextion)시키는 것을 특징으로 하는지용성의 카로티노이드류의 수용화 조제 방법.
- 지용성의 카로티노이드류를,물이나 알코올 또는 물과 알코올의 혼합물, 그리고글리세린 지방산 에스테르류, 솔비탄 지방산 에스테르류, 에스텔류, 레시틴, 유기산 모노글리세라이드류, 폴리글리세린 지방산에스테르류, 스테아릴 젖산 나트륨, 폴리솔베이트류로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물과 혼합한 다음,1000-25,000rpm의 고속회전 분쇄·혼용기를 이용하여 고속으로 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는지용성의 카로티노이드류의 수용화 조제 방법.
