Claims (2)
- 통상의 방법에 의해 1차 전 처리된 자연석을 히팅터널에 넣고, 히팅터널 내의 온도를 100℃~400℃로 유지하며, 자연석을 히팅터널 내에서 약 6분 정도 가열시켜서 자연석의 온도를 270℃정도 올라가게 하여 자연석 내에 함유된 이물질을 외부로 배출시키는 진공탈취를 위한 제1공정과, 상기 제 1 공정 후 자연석을 증류수와 분산염료 및 가성소다와 백반을 혼합한 염료가 들어 있는 염료챔버에 투입하고, 염료챔버내에 들어 있는 염료의 온도는 30℃를 유지하며, 투입한 자연석을 염료챔버내에 1분 정도 침전시켜서 자연석을 착색하는 제 2 공정과, 제 2 공정 후 착색한 자연석의 외면에 광택재를 코팅하는 제 3 공정으로 이루어진 자연석 착색방법.
- 컨베어라인(10)을 갖춘 히팅터널(20)과 염료챔버(30)와 광택재 코팅터널(40)로 자연석 염료 착색장치(100)가 이루어지되, 상기 히팅터널(20)은 외형상 원통형으로 이루어져 히팅컨베어라인(12)을 히팅터널(20) 단면상 그 중심에 위치하도록 설치하고, 히팅터널(20)의 내면과 외면에는 히터(22)와 단열재(24)로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 염료챔버(30)는 메인챔버(32)와 서버챔버(34)로 이루어지되, 서버챔버(34)내에 냉각파이프(36)를 설치하고, 메인챔버(32)와 서버챔버(34)간에는 순환펌프(38)를 설치하며, 메인챔버(32) 내에 착색컨베어라인(14)을 설치하고, 상기 광택재 코팅터널(40)은 외형상 원통형으로 이루어져 코팅컨베어라인(16)을 코팅터널(40)의 중심에 설치하며, 광택재 코팅터널(40)의 내면에는 광택재분사노즐(42)에 의해 자연석의 외면을 코팅할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 컨베어라인(10)에는 각각 별개의 감속모우터를 갖춘 구동부(17)(18)(19)를 설치 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자연석의 착색장치.
