Claims (5)
- 폴리에스테르필름으로 구비되어 선택적으로 분리되는 폴리에스테르필름층과;상기 폴리에스테르필름층 어느 일면에 수지제로 도포되어 선택적으로 상기 폴리에스테르필름층을 분리시키기 위한 이형제층과;상기 이형제층 표면에 문양과 색상을 인쇄시켜 형성된 인쇄층과;상기 인쇄층 표면에 지방족 폴리에테르수지로 도포되어 후공정의 접착력을 높여주는 프라이머층과;상기 프라이머층 표면에 코팅되는 것으로서 홀로그램패턴이 형성된 코팅지로 형성된 홀로그램층과 ;상기 홀로그램층 표면에 알루미늄 분말을 진공 증착시켜 형성된 가스투과를 차단하는 가스차단층과;상기 가스차단층 표면에 이액형 우레탄 수지로 도포되어 피전사체와 가열 압착전사시키기 위한 접착제층;으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램 패턴이 형성된 고차단성 전사필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스차단층은 입자크기가 1 ~ 5㎛ 이하의 알루미늄 분말을 진공상태에서 5 ~ 20㎛의 두께로 증착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램 패턴이 형성된 고차단 성 전사필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이형제층은 파리핀왁스, 폴리에틸렌왁스, 천연왁스, 로진에스텔수지, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트를 혼합하여 도포하고 선택적으로 스크래치 방지제가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램 패턴이 형성된 고차단성 전사필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 프라이머층은 상기 지방족 폴리에테르 수지에 대하여 5 ~ 20중량%의 이소시아 네이트와 입경이 50 ~ 200㎚인 콜로이달 실리카를 0.4 ~ 18 중량%를 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램 패턴이 형성된 고차단성 전사필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전사필름은 종이류, 금속류, 피혁류, 플라스틱류 중 선택된 하나의 상기 피전사체에 140 ~ 180℃로 가열 압착전사시키고 상기 폴리에스테르필름층을 완전 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀로그램 패턴이 형성된 고차단성 전사필름.
