Abstract

본 고안은 셋트 앙카 볼트에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 셋트 앙카를 벽면 설치공에 넣고 너트를 조임에 있어, 볼트 몸체 및 파이프가 너트 조임의 회동과 함께 회동 되거나, 파이프 내에서 볼트 몸체가 너트 조임의 회동과 함께 회동되는 등의 너트 조임이 헛도는 것을 방지하기 위한 앙카 볼트에 관한 것으로서, 상기 데파볼트(11)의 데이퍼부(14) 경사면(11')에 길이 방향으로 립퍼(Ripper)(15)를 돌출 형성하되, 상기 파이프(12)의 웨지부(13) 수와 동일한 숫자로 구성된 구조와, 상기 데파볼트(11)의 선단면에 일자형 요구(16)가 형성되어 있는 구조로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 고안은 셋트 앙카 볼트에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 셋트 앙카를 벽면 설치공에 넣고 너트를 조임에 있어, 볼트 몸체 및 파이프가 너트 조임의 회동과 함 께 회동 되거나, 파이프 내에서 볼트 몸체가 너트 조임의 회동과 함께 회동되는 등의 너트 조임이 헛도는 것을 방지하기 위한 앙카 볼트에 관한 것이다.
통상적으로, 셋트 앙카는 벽면, 천정면 등에 설치공을 형성하고, 이 설치공에 끼워 넣어져 볼트의 데이퍼부로 파이프의 웨지부를 확개시켜, 이 확개된 웨지부에 의해 고정되게 한 후, 사용된다.
상기 데이퍼부로 웨지부를 확개시키는 작업수단은 볼트에 결합되는 너트의 조임을 강제함으로서 이루어지게 되는데, 이 너트의 조임이 공회전하게 되면, 고정작업이 이루어 지지않는 문제점이 있게 된다.
본 고안은 이상과 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 본 고안의 목적은 셋트 앙카를 설치함에 있어, 데파볼트의 데이퍼 부분에 돌출된 립퍼가 웨지부에 끼워져 그 파이프 내에서 공회전이 방지되어 너트의 조임으로 앙카 볼트의 기능이 수행될 수 있는 앙카 볼트를 제공함에 있다.
본 고안의 다른 목적은 데파볼트에 나사 결합된 너트를 강제 조임에 있어 외면에서 상기 데파볼트를 상대적으로 고정시킬 수 있는 앙카 볼트를 제공함에 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안은 데파볼트와 파이프로 이루어진 셋트 앙카에 있어서, 상기 데파볼트의 데이퍼부 경사면에 길이 방향으로 립퍼(Ripper)를 돌출 형성하되, 상기 파이프의 웨지(Wedge)부 수와 동일한 숫자로 구성 하고, 상기 데파볼트의 선단면에 일자형 요구를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 고안의 분리 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 고안의 일 요부를 나타낸 정면도이며, 도 3은 본 고안의 조립, 사용 상태도이다.
상기 도시된 바와 같이, 데파볼트(11)와 웨지부(13)가 형성된 파이프(12)로 이루어진 셋트앙카(10)에 있어서, 상기 데파볼트(11)의 데이퍼부(14) 경사면(11')에 길이 방향으로 립퍼(Ripper)(15)를 돌출 형성하되, 상기 파이프(12)의 웨지부(13) 수와 동일한 숫자로 구성된 구조와, 상기 데파볼트(11)의 선단면에 일자형 요구(16)가 형성되어 있는 구조로 이루어져 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
건축물의 벽면, 천정면 등에 부착물을 위해 셋트 앙카를 사용하는 경우, 먼저 설치공을 천공하고, 여기에 셋트앙카(10)를 끼워 넣은 다음 설치공 주면에 매립하고, 상기 셋트앙카(10)의 데파볼트(11)에 체결물을 연결한 후, 상기 데파볼트(11)를 손으로 당기며 회전시켜 데이퍼부(14)에 돌출된 립퍼(15)가 파이프(12)의 웨지부(13)에 각각 끼워지게 한다.
이와 같은 상태에서 와셔 및 너트를 끼우고 강제로 나사결합을 조이면, 상기 데파볼트(11)의 경사면(11')에 돌출된 립퍼(15)가 파이프(12)의 웨지부(12)를 확개시켜 확개된 웨지부(12)의 파이프(12)의 외면이 설치공의 내벽에 압지되며 지지 고정된다.
또한, 상기 데이퍼부(14)의 립퍼(15)가 상기 웨지부(13)에 끼워진채 너트로 데파볼트(11)를 강제로 조일 때에 상기 너트 조임과 동시에 파이프(12)가 데파볼트(11)와 함께 회전하는 경우는 데파볼트(11)의 선단면에 요설된 요구(16)를 통하여 데파볼트(11)를 강제로 고정시키며 상기 너트를 조여 웨지부(13)를 확개시켜 설치공에 고정되게 한다.
이상에서 설명된 바와 같이, 본 고안은 셋트앙카에 있어서, 데파볼트가 그 파이프 내에서 공회전이 방지되는 효과가 있고, 또한 데파볼트의 선단 외면에서 데파볼트를 고정시킴과 동시에 너트를 조여 파이프의 웨지부가 확개시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 데파볼트(11)와 웨지부(13)가 형성된 파이프(12)로 이루어진 셋트앙카(10)에 있어서, 상기 데파볼트(11)의 데이퍼부(14) 경사면(11')에 길이 방향으로 립퍼(Ripper)(15)를 돌출 형성하되, 상기 파이프(12)의 웨지부(13) 수와 동일한 숫자로 구성된 구조와, 상기 데파볼트(11)의 선단면에 일자형 요구(16)가 형성되어 있는 구조로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 한 셋트 앙카 볼트.
