Claims (8)
- 자성체 튜브의 결함을 검사하는 와전류검사장치에 있어서,코일이 권선되는 권선부를 갖는 코일고정체;상기 코일고정체의 내부에 길이방향으로 서로 상극이 되도록 배치되는 다수의 내부영구자석;상기 코일고정체의 양 단부에 상기 영구자석과 이격되어 서로 상극이 되도록 배치되는 다수의 외부영구자석;상기 코일고정체, 내부영구자석 및 외부영구자석의 외연부를 피복하는 외피를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기편향 와전류탐촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일고정체는2개의 코일을 직렬로 권선하여 절대법 및 차동법 검사가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기편향 와전류탐촉자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부 및 외부 영구자석은검사체의 종류에 따라 일정 투자율을 유지하도록 착탈이 가능한 링 형상으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기편향 와전류탐촉자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부 및 외부 영구자석은자화력이 강한 희토류계열인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기편향 와전류탐촉자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 외피는스테인레스강인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기편향 와전류탐촉자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,권선된 코일의 양측에 고전도체 링을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기편향 와전류탐촉자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고전도체 링은구리 링인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기편향 와전류탐촉자.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 내부 및 외부 영구자석 사이에 탄소강 디스크를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기편향 와전류탐촉자.
