Claims (3)
- 중앙에 음향이 통과하도록 형성된 통공(100a)을 가진 케이스(100)와, 상기 케이스(100)에 형성된 통공(100a)의 내측에 설치된 도전부재(120)와, 상기 도전부재(120)의 안쪽에 일정한 간극의 에어갭(109)을 두고 설치되어 음향신호를 전기적신호로 변환하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름(107)과, 상기 에어갭(109)과 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름(107)에 의해 전기적신호로 변환된 음향신호를 인쇄회로기판(130)에 실장된 전계효과 트랜지스터(116)의 게이트 전극(116a)에 전달하도록 상기 케이스(100)내에 동심으로 설치되는 극링(150)과, 상기 극링(150)과 케이스(100)를 절연시키도록 상기 케이스(100)의 내주면에 설치된 절연링(113)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서 마이크로 폰.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극링(150), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름(107) 및 에어 갭(109)은 음압을 전기적 신호로 변환하는 진동판을 구성하고, 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트필름(107)상에 적층된 Au증착층(107a)은 극링(150)측을 향해서 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서 마이크로 폰.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도전부재(120)는 Cu 박판(122)과, 도전성을 증가시키도록 상기 Cu 박판(122)의 양면에 도금된 니켈도금층(124,125)과, 상기 니켈도금층(124,125)상에 부착되며 전기를 챠지시키면 전하를 가지는 플루오르 에틸렌 프로필렌필름(127)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서 마이크로 폰.
