Claims (4)
- 인쇄회로기판의 표면상에 실장하는 파워 인덕터에 있어서,중심코어의 둘레를 따라 코일이 권선되며 도전성 페라이트 재질로 이루어진 드럼 코어;상기 드럼 코어에서 발생되는 자계의 외부 방출을 감소시키기 위하여 상기 드럼 코어의 주변을 밀폐시키며, 소정 홈을 통하여 드럼 코어에 권선된 코일을 외부로 인출하는 링 코어; 및상기 드럼 코어와 링 코어가 상단 중심부에 본딩되며, 그 중심부의 에지면의 상하단에 도금 전극이 형성되어 상기 인쇄회로기판상에 접착되는 페라이트 재질의 베이스를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 실장형 파워 인덕터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베이스는,절연성 NiZn계 페라이트 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 실장형 파워 인덕터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베이스는,상단 중심부에 상기 드럼 코어를 고정시키기 위한 본딩용 원형홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 실장형 파워 인덕터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베이스는,양단 에지면의 상하 둘레에 전극이 도금되며, 상기 에지면의 상단 전극에 권선 코일을 납땜하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 실장형 파워 인덕터.
