Claims (8)
- 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 및 자기 가교가 가능한 단량체 조성을 포함하는 공중합체 입자 및 공중합체 입자 100부당 가소제 80 내지 200부, 및/또는 공중합체 입자 100부당 물에 불용성인 무기 충진제 0 내지 300부, 및/또는 임의의 보조제 및 첨가제로 구성되고, 100℃ 내지 200℃의 온도에서 5분 내지 60분간 가열하였을 때 겔화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서 자기 가교가 가능한 공중합체 입자는 메틸메트아크릴레이트 30 내지 70중량부, 부틸메트아크릴레이트 20 내지 60중량부, 부가중합이 가능한 카르복실기를 포함하는 단량체 2 내지 20중량부, 자기가교가 가능한 단량체 0.1 내지 10중량부 및/또는 가교제 0.1 내지 1중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물
- 제 2항에 있어서 자기가교가 가능한 단량체는 엔-이소부톡시메틸아크릴아마이드, 엔-부톡시메틸아크릴아마이드인 것을 특징으로 공중합체 입자
- 제 1항에 있어서 가교제는 메틸렌비스아크릴아마이드 및/또는 트리아릴시아누레이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체 입자
- 제 1항에 있어서 자기가교가 가능한 공중합체 입자가 범용의 가소제와 상용성이 우수한 단량체를 포함하는 조성으로 구성된 코어와 범용의 가소제와 상용성이 없는 단량체를 포함하는 조성으로 구성된 쉘로 이루어진 코어-쉘 구조 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물
- 제 5항에 있어서 코어는 코어를 구성하는 총 단량체에 대하여 메틸메트아크릴레이트 5 내지 50 중량부 및 부틸메트아크릴레이트 40 내지 95중량부 및/또는 가교제 0.1 내지 1 중량부 및/또는 자기가교형 단량체 0.1 내지 20 중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하고, 쉘은 쉘을 구성하는 총 단량체에 대하여 메틸메트아크릴레이트 50 내지 90 중량부 및 부가중합이 가능한 카르복실기를 포함하는 단량체 2 내지 20 중량부 및 자기가교가 가능한 단량체 0.1 내지 20중량부 및/또는 부틸메트아크릴레이트 5 내지 30 중량부 및 또는 가교제 0.1 내지 1중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체 조성물호부터 제공되는 플라스티졸 조성물
- 제 6항에 있어서 코어 조성에 포함되는 가교제는 아릴메트아크릴레이트 및/또는 메틸렌비스아크릴아마이드 인 것을 특징으로하는 공중합체 입자
- 제 5항에 있어서 코어-쉘 구조의 공중합체 입자가 코어에 대한 쉘의 중량비가 8 : 2 내지 4 : 6인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스티졸 조성물
