Abstract

본 고안은 원터치식 식품용기뚜껑의 포장기에 관한 것이다.
즉, 포장기 본체 내에는 다양한 모양의 일회용식품용기가 놓일 수 있도록 착탈이용이한 지그가 놓여있고, 본체 후방의 내부에는 다수개의 식품용기 상부테두리에 뚜껑으로 포장할 수 있는 포장공급필름이 권취되어 있으며, 본체의 상부뚜껑에는 하부몸체에서 포장된 식품용기 크기 만큼 절단할 수 있는 절단날이 길이방향으로 배치된 것으로서, 음식점 배달업과 같이 원터치식 식품용기뚜껑을 대량으로 포장하는데 많이 이용될 수 있는 특징이 있다.

Description

원터치식 식품용기뚜껑의 포장기 {COVERING APPRATUS FOR FOOD CONTAINER}
본 고안은 원터치식 식품용기뚜껑의 포장기에 관한 것으로서, 특히 포장기의 하부몸체에는 다양한 모양의 원터치식 식품용기뚜껑을 놓일 수 있도록 하는 지그가 배치되고, 하부몸체 후방의 내부에는 식품용기 상부 테두리를 뚜껑으로 포장할 수 있는 포장공급필름이 권취되어 있으며, 상부뚜껑에는 하부몸체에서 포장된 식품용기 크기 만큼 절단할 수 있는 절단기가 배치된 것으로서, 음식점 배달업과 같이 식품용기를 대량으로 포장하는데 많이 이용될 수 있는 것을 제공하는 것이다.
일반적으로 일회용식품용기는 밥과 반찬을 담을 수 있는 도시락용기, 높은 온도의 온수를 이용하여 인스턴트 식품으로 이용되는 컵라면용기, 음식점에서 음식을 배달할때 이용되는 일회용접시 등 일회용 식품용기는 그 사용범위가 넓다 하겠다.
상기와 같이 식품용기에 음식물을 담은 상태에서 배달을 하거나 여행자가 간식용으로 이용할 때에는 음식물이 흐르지 않기 위하여 통상 포장비닐을 이용하여 용기 상부를 포장하게 되어있다.
그러나 종래와 같이 포장비닐은 음식점에서는 통상 벽에 설치하여 개방된 상태로 되어있기 때문에 음식점 내에 있는 각종 유해균이 랩에 붙을 수 있는 조건을 마련하여 비위생적이며, 또한 사용자가 랩을 뜯을 때에는 음식물이 손에 묻고 뜯기가 어려운 사용상의 불편함이 있고, 많은 양의 동시에 포장하여 신속하게 작업을 할 수 없게 되어 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같이 음식점의 포장비닐의 설치 장소와 사용상 및 사용자의 불편함 등을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 그 목적으로는 포장기 내에 다양한 모양의 식품용기를 수용할 수 있는 지그를 설치하고, 다수개의 식품용기 상부 테두리를 포장공급필름으로 포장하여 많은양의 식품용기를 동시에 포장할 수 있도록 하며, 포장공급필름이 본체 내부에 저장되어 있어 각종 유해균으로 부터 보호함으로써, 청결함을 제공하고 사용자가 쉽게 개봉할 수 있으며, 음식물이 새거나 냄새가 나는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것을 제공함에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 포장기 하부몸체 내부 후방에는 다수개의 포장용기를 포장할 수 있는 포장공급필름과 하부몸체 외부에는 다양한 모양의 식품용기를 수용할 수 있도록 착탈이 용이한 지그와 상부뚜껑 내부에는 다수개의 PCT히타가 내장된 히팅부와 이 히팅부 상부에는 식품용기 상부테두리와 포장공급필름이 열융착시에 히팅판이 완충작용이 되도록 하는 스프링과 히팅부와 이격된 후방에는 사용된 포장필름 이외에 사용하지 않은 부분을 절단하는 절단날과 하부몸체 전방의 경사면에는 포장기에 전원을 인가한 후 상기 PCT히타의 예열시간 종료를 확인하는 것과 포장공급필름이 식품용기 상부테두리에 5초의 접착 시간을 알려주는 수단 및 포장기 동작을 30분이상 사용지 않을 경우 전원을 차단하고 동시에 절전중임을 표시하는 수단 등 다수의 기능을 점등으로 표시할 수 있는 LED램프와 같이 발신음으로 들을 수 있는 스피커와 하부몸체 후방과 상부뚜껑 후방에는 상부뚜껑이 상, 하회전할 수 있도록 하는 힌지부와 하부몸체 전방과 상부뚜껑 전방에는 상부뚜껑을 개폐할 수 있도록 하는 락크부재로 구성된 특징이 있다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부된 도면을 참고로 하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉, 도1은 본 고안의 전체 사시도이고, 도2는 본 고안의 상부뚜껑이 개방된상태의 사시도이며, 도3은 본 고안의 내부를 확인할 수 있는 종단면도이며, 도4는 본 고안의 열융착되는 것을 알려주기 위한 LED전구의 회로도이다.
상기 도시된 바와 같이 포장기(10)의 부호 20를 하부몸체로 하고 30을 상부뚜껑으로 구분하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
하부몸체(20) 내부 후방에는 식품용기의 상부 테두리를 포장할 수 있도록 권취된 포장공급필름(21)이 놓이게 되는 호형받침부재(20a)가 양측으로 형성되고, 상기 포장공급필름(21)을 설치하거나 사용이 완료되면 포장공급필름(21) 빼낼 수 있도록 개폐방부재(22)가 하부몸체(20) 사방에 형성된 후방걸림턱(20b)에 놓이게 되며, 이 개폐방부재(22)상부에는 포장공급필름(21)을 인출할 수 있도록 장공(22′)이 형성되고, 상기 후방걸림턱(20b)과 전방걸림턱(20c)상에는 다양한 모양의 식품용기를 수용할 수 있는 지그(23)가 놓이게 되며, 상부뚜껑(30) 내부에는 하부몸체(20)에서 식품용기 상부 테두리와 필름공급필름(21)이 열융착되도록 히팅부(31)가 내장된 것으로, 이 히팅부(31) 저면에는 히팅판(31a)이 형성되고 히팅판(31a) 상부 내측면에는 다수개의 PCT히타(31b)가 부착되며 히팅부(31)상부 외측면에는 식품용기 상부 테두리와 필름공급필름(21)이 열융착시 완충작용이 되도록 전, 후방에 스프링(32)가 탄설되고, 히팅부(31)와 이격된 후방으로는 식품용기 상부 테두리와 필름공급필름(21)이 열융착시 사용하지 않은 필름을 절단하기 위한 절단날(33)가 길이방향으로 배치되며, 하부몸체(20) 전방에는 돌출된 푸시버튼스위치(24)는 상부뚜껑(30)이 하부몸체(20)에 닫혀있을 경우 식품용기 상부 테두리와 필름공급필름(21)이 열융착이 시작되는 스위치며, 하부몸체(20) 경사면에 배치된 LED전구(25)와 스피커(SP)는 포장기(10)에 전원을 인가한 후 상기 PCT히타(31b)의 예열시간 종료를 확인하는 것과 포장필름이 식품용기 뚜껑에 접착을 5초 시간이 경과되는 것을 알려주는 수단 및 포장기(10) 동작을 30분이상 사용지 않을 경우 전원을 차단하고 동시에 절전중임을 표시하는 수단 등 다수의 기능을 점등과 소리로 표시할 수 있고, 하부몸체(20)와 상부뚜껑(30) 전방 각각에는 락크부재(26, 34)가 설치되며, 하부몸체(20)와 상부뚜껑(30) 후방에는 상부뚜껑(30)이 상, 하측 회전동작이 되도록 힌지부(35)가 배치되고 하부몸체(20) 양측에 형성된 요홈(27)은 상부뚜껑(30)을 개방할 때 상부뚜껑(30) 양측에 형성된 손잡이(36)를 편리하게 파지할 수 있도록 형성된 것이다.
그리고 상기 하부몸체(20) 전방 내부에는 LED전구(25)의 다수의 기능을 점등으로 표시할 수 있고 발신음으로 전달할 수 있는 스피커(SP)에 대한 회로도(28)가 배치되어 구성된 것이다.
그리고 상기 포장공급필름(21)은 폴리에치렌필름(PE)혹은 폴리카보네이트필름(PC)을 이용할 수 있도록 하였다.
도면중 미설명 부호 100은 식품용기이며, 101은 식품용기 상부테두리이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용은 다음과 같다.
먼저 상부뚜껑(30)을 개방하고 하부몸체(20) 내측면 후방에 형성된 호형받침부재(20a)에는 포장공급필름(21)이 놓이게 되며, 후방걸림턱(23b)상에는 개폐방부재(22)가 놓이게 되고 전방걸림턱(20C)과 후방걸림턱(20b)상에는 다양한 모양을 갖는 지그(23)가 놓이게 된다.
이어서 지그(23)에는 음식물이 담겨진 다양한 모양의 식품용기(100)을 올려놓고 개폐방부재(22)에 천공된 장공(22′)으로 포장공급필름(21)의 선단을 인출하여 식품용기(100)가 놓여있는 위치까지 잡아당겨 식품용기(100)상에 덮게된다.
상기와 같은 상태에서 포장기(10)에 전원을 인가하면 예열타이머(T-1)에 의해 히팅부(31)에 내장된 PCT히타(31b)가 30초 동안 예열된다. 또한 PCT히타(31b)는 170℃용을 사용하였으며, PCT히타(31b)의 온도가 170℃를 넘으면 자동으로 전원이 차단된다.
예열이 끝나고 작동 준비가 완료 되면 LED전구(25)가 점등되는 것으로서, 이를 구체적으로 설명하면 도4에 도시된 바와같이 작동 준비완료시 램프(LD25-1)가 점등함과 동시에 스피커(SP)발신음으로 작동준비가 되어있음을 알린다.
또한 상부뚜껑(30)과 하부몸체(20) 전방에 부착된 락크부재(26, 34)에 의해 상부뚜껑(30)을 닫으면 상부뚜껑(30)의 히팅판(31a)의 온도가 170℃의 열을 발생하고 있는 상태에서 하부몸체(20)전방에 있는 푸시버튼스위치(24)가 ON되면서 히팅판(31a)으로 포장공급필름(21)을 식품용기(100)에 열을 가하여 5초동안 압력을 주게되고 포장공급필름(21)은 식품용기(100)의 테두리(101)에 접착되게된다. 이때 작업타이머(T-2)에 의하여 5초시간을 알리는 작업표시램프(LD25-2)가 점등됨과 동시에 스피커(SP)발신음으로 작업자는 열로인하여 접착되는 5초시간을 알 수 있게된다.
또한 작업자가 30분이상 작업을 하지 않을 경우 절전타이머(T-3)가 작용하게되어 PCT히타(31b)가 작용하게 되어 PCT히타(31b)에 공급되는 전원을 차단하므로서 히타에 열이 나지 않게된다. 즉, 작업타이머(T-2)가 작동한 후 30분이 경과하면 작업을 더이상 하지 않는 것으로 간주하여 절전타이머(T-3)에 의해 PCT히타(31b)의 전원을 차단하며 동시에 절전 중임을 표시하는 램프(LD25-3)는 점등함과 동시에 스피커(SP)발신음으로 절전중임을 알게된다.
따라서 초기에 전원을 인가하면 예열시간 30초 이후 작동준비 완료램프(LD25-1)가 점등함과 동시에 스피커(SP)발신음으로 작업준비 완료를 알려주고, 작업중에는 작업표시램프(LD25-2)가 5초동안 점등함과 동시에 스피커(SP)발신음으로 필름을 식품용기(100)에 열융착중임을 알리며, 30분이상 사용하지 않을땐 절전표시램프(LD25-3)가 점등함과 동시에 스피커(SP)발신음으로 포장기(10)가 절전상태임을 알려준다.
한편 식품용기(100) 상부테두리(101)에 필름(21)이 열융착할 때에 히팅판(31a) 상부에 탄설된 스프링(32)에 의해 히팅판(31a)이 상측으로 상승됨과 동시에 히팅부(31)와 이격된 절단날(33)은 상부뚜껑(30)에 고정된 위치에서 사용되지 않은 포장공급필름(21)을 절단하게 된다.
식품용기(100)와 포장공급필름(21)이 열융착이 완료되면 상부뚜껑(30)을 개방하게 되는데, 이때 하부몸체(20)에 형성된 요홈(27)은 상부뚜껑(30)에 형성된 손잡이(36)를 편리하게 파지할 수 있도록 하였다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안은 포장기 내에 다양한 모양의 식품용기를 수용할 수 있는 지그를 설치하고, 다수개의 식품용기 상부 테두리를 포장공급필름으로 포장하여 많은양의 식품용기를 동시에 포장할 수 있도록 하며, 포장공급필름이 본체 내부에 저장되어 있어 각종 유해균으로 부터 보호함으로써, 청결성이 유유지되며 사용자가 쉽게 뚜껑을 개방할 수 있고, 운송이나 보관시 음식물이 새거나 흐르지 않게하여 냄새 또한 방지 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 포장기(10) 하부몸체(20) 내부 후방에는 다수개의 포장용기를 포장할 수 있는 포장공급필름(21)과
    하부몸체(20)외부에는 다양한 모양의 식품용기를 수용할 수 있도록 착탈이 용이한 지그(23)와
    상부뚜껑(30 내부에는 다수개의 PCT히타(31b)가 내장된 히팅부(31)와
    이 히팅부(31) 상부에는 식품용기 상부 테두리와 포장공급필름(21)이 열융착시 히팅판(31a)이 완충작용이 되도록 하는 스프링(32)과
    히팅부(31)와 이격된 후방에는 사용된 포장공급필름(21) 이외에 사용하지 않은 부분을 절단하는 절단날(33)과
    하부몸체(20) 전방의 경사면에는 포장기(10)에 전원을 인가한 후 상기 PCT히타(31b)의 예열시간 종료를 확인하는 것과 포장공급필름(21)이 식품용기 상부테두리에 5초의 접착시간을 알려주는 수단 및 포장기(10) 동작을 30분이상 사용지 않을 경우 전원을 차단하고 동시에 절전중임을 표시하는 수단 등 다수의 기능을 점등으로 표시할 수 있는 LED램프(25)와 같이 발신음으로 들을 수 있는 스피커(SP)와
    하부몸체(20) 후방과 상부뚜껑(30)후방에는 상부뚜껑이 상, 하회전할 수 있도록 하는 힌지부(35)와
    하부몸체(20) 전방과 상부뚜껑(30) 전방에는 상부뚜껑(30)을 개폐할 수 있도록 하는 락크부재(26, 34)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원터치식 식품용기뚜껑의 포장기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부몸체(20) 전방 내부에는 LED전구(25)의 다수의 기능을 점등으로 표시할 수 있고 발신음으로 전달할 수 있는 스피커(SP)에 대한 회로도(28)가 배치되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원터치식 식품용기뚜껑의 포장기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 포장공급필름(21)은 폴리에치렌필름(PE)혹은 폴리카보네이트필름(PC)을 이용할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원터치식 식품용기뚜껑의 포장기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 회로도(28)에는 초기에 전원을 인가하면 예열시간 30초 이후 작동준비 완료를 알려주는 램프(LD25-1)점등과 동시에 발신음인 스피커(SP)와
    식품용기(100)와 필름의 5초동안 열융착시간을 알려주는 작업표시램프(LD25-2)점등과 동시에 발신음인 스피커(SP)와
    포장기(10)작업이 30분이상 사용하지 않을땐 절전상태임을 알려주는 절전표시램프(LD25-3)점등과 동시에 발신음인 스피커(SP)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원터치식 식품용기뚜껑의 포장기.
