Claims (3)
- 복수의 숫돌(22)과 복수의 조정숫돌(24)을 사용하여 공작물을 연삭하는 장치에 있어서:숫돌대(21)를 개재하여 상기 숫돌(22)을 위치변동 가능하게 지지하고, 제 1 모터(31)에 의해 숫돌(22)을 정속으로 구동하는 연삭수단;조정숫돌대(23)를 개재하여 상기 조정숫돌(24)을 위치변동 가능하게 지지하고, 제 2 모터(32)에 의해 조정숫돌(24)을 정속으로 구동하는 이송수단; 및상기 숫돌(22) 및 조정숫돌(24) 사이에서 지지롤러(26)를 개재하여 공작물을 지지하고, 지지대(25)를 이용하여 지지롤러(26)의 높이 조절이 가능한 지지수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 센터리스 연삭기의 공작물 지지구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단에서 지지롤러(26)는 베어링(45)을 개재하여 브라케트(42)에 회전가능하게 설치되는 샤프트(41) 상에 고정되고, 상기 샤프트(41)는 정속회전 가능한 제 3 모터(33)에 전동기구(44)를 개재하여 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센터리스 연삭기의 공작물 지지구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지롤러(26)는 연질의 내마모성 합성수지 또는 고무를 사용하여 진원으로 성형되고, 상기 숫돌(22)의 폭에 대응하는 길이로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센터리스 연삭기의 공작물 지지구조.
