본 고안은 철근 콘크리트 공사시 철근을 임시로 묶어 주는 결속기에 관한것임.

철근 결속기
철근 결속분야 또는 스테플러
철근 콘크리트 공사시 철근끼리 임시로 묶어주는 결속 작업이 거의 수작업에 의존 하므로 이를 기계화, 자동화 하기 위한것임.

[도면의 주요 부분에 대한 부호 설명]

본고안은 철근 결속기에 관한 것으로써 이를 첨부 도면에 의해 설명을 하면 다음과 같다.
본체( 1) 하단 양쪽으로 본체와 135°각도를 이루면서 결속 갈고리 회전축 (2) (2)'가 고착되 있고 이에 결속 갈고리 (3) (3)' 레바 (4) (4)'와 평롯드 (5) (5)'와 핀 (6) (6)'에 의해 유설 연결되 있으며,평롯드 (5) (5)'는 실린더 (7) (7)'의 롯드 (8) (8)'와 이의 길이 조절 나서 (9) (9)'(9)'(9)'' 에 의해 반고정 되있다.
한편 반 u 자형 결속 철사들이 저장고 (10) 내에 저장되 있다가 결속 철사를 1 개씩 밑으로 내려 보내는 밀대 (11)의 상단 돌출부 (12)가 실린더 (13) 의 롯드 (14) 의 상단에 고정되 있고, 밀대 (11)의 하단은 도면 (3)도 처럼 반 u 자형으로 홈이 파져 있다.
그리고 손잡이 (15)의 하단에 1차 스위치 (16)이 있으며 그의 상부에 2차 스위치 (17)이 있슴.
본 고안품을 작동 시키려면 도면 2도 처럼 철근이 상하 교차되는 지점에 본 고안품을 얹고 1차 스위치 (16)을 작동 시키면 밖으로 나와 있던 실린더 (13)의 롯드 (14)가 안으로 들어 가면서 밀대 (11)을 하강 시켜 1개의 결속 철사 (18)를 본체 하부에, 자신의 상부가 본체 (1)과 탄성철판 (19) 사이에 살짝 낀 상태에서 철근 교차점에 걸어주게 되고 이때 밀대 상부의 돌출부 (12)에의해 2차 스위치 (17)을 작동 시켜 실린더 (7) (7)'의 롯드 (8) (8)'가 돌출 되면서 평롯드 (5)(5)' 레바 (6) (6) 를 밀어서 결속 갈고리 (3) (3)'를 도면 8도의 점선처럼 약 150°회전 하면서 결속 철사 (18)의 양단을 밀어서 철근(20)을 감아 주므로써 도면 5도, 6도, 7도 처럼 순간적으로 결속이 된다.
직후 1차 스위치 (16)을 놓으면 롯드 (8) (8)' (14) 들의 원대복귀 작동으로 인하여 결속 갈고리 (3) (3)'과 밀대 (11) 이 원위치 하여 1회의 결속 작업이 완료 된다.
종래에는 결속 작업을 수작업으로 했으므로 매우 비능률적이었고 손목도 많이 아팠으나,본 고안품을 사용 하므로써 자동적으로 결속이 이루어 지므로 매우 능률적이고 손목의 피로도 없슴.

  1. 본체 (1) 하단에 양쪽으로 135°되게 결속 갈고리 회전축 (2) (2)' 결속 갈고리 (3) (3)'를 유설 시키고, 결속 철사 (18)을 밀대 (11) 에 의해 밀어 내려서 본체 (1)과 탄성 철판 (19) 사이에 끼워서 반고정 시키며, 동력에 의해 결속 갈고리 (3) (3)'을 밀어서 결속 철사 (18)을 철근 (20)에 걸어 감아 주어서 철근 (20)(21)을 임시로 결속 시켜주는 철근 결속기.
