Abstract

본 고안은 양면 면도기에 관한 것이다.
면도기를 구성하는 헤드 부분에 면도날을 양쪽으로 구성하여, 수염의 결방향 반대로 면도를 할때 면도기를 거꾸로 잡지않고, 위쪽으로 밀면서 사용할 수 있게 고안된 것으로 사용자에게 편의를 제공함과 면도기의 내구성을 높일수 있도록 고안된 것이다.

Description

양면 면도기{The razor}
본 고안은 면도날이 양면으로 부착된 면도기에 관한 것이다.
종래의 면도기 사용에 관한 것은 도 4에 도시하고 있다. 통상적인 면도기의 사용에 있어서, 면도를 할때 주로 수염이 나있는 방향으로 면도기를 사용하게된다. 따라서 면도를 할때 면도기를 얼굴의 아래쪽으로 움직이면서 면도를 하게되나, 수염이 완전하게 절단되지 않으므로 면도기를 거꾸로 들고 면도날을 위쪽으로 하여 나머지 수염을 제거하였다.
이러한 면도기를 이용하여 면도를 하게되면 사용자에게 많은 불편함을 주게 되었다.
본 고안은 면도날이 양면으로 구성되어있는 면도기에 관한 것이다.
지금까지의 면도기는 면도날이 하나또는 두개로 형성되어 있으며, 한쪽방향으로만 절삭이 가능하였다. 또한 사용자가 수염의 반대방향으로 자르기 위하여 면도기를 거꾸로 잡고 위쪽방향으로 밀어올리면서 면도를 하는것이 일상화 되고있다.
따라서 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 고안에서는 면도날이 부착되어있는 헤드부분에 양쪽으로 면도날을 구성하였으며, 헤드부분이 일정각도로 움직일수 있도록 구성하였다. 수염의 반대방향으로 면도를 할때 면도기를 거꾸로 뒤집지 않은 상태에서 수염의 위쪽으로 밀어주게되면 일정한 각도로 움직이는 헤드에의하여 위쪽면에 형성되어있는 면도날이 피부에 접촉하게 되면서 면도를 할 수 있도록 고안된 것이다. 또한 면도날을 양면에 구성하여 면도날의 내구성을 높이도록 구성하였다.

1도는 본 고안의 사시도를 나타낸 것이다.
본 고안을 구성하는 본체(1)는 헤드(4)부분과 손잡이(2) 부분으로 구성되어있다. 헤드(4) 부분에는 위쪽면과 아래쪽면에 각각 면도날(3a)(3b)을 구성하였다.
면도날(3a)(3b)이 부착된 헤드(4) 부분은 일정한 각도로 움직일 수 있도록 구성하여 면도할때 얼굴의 곡선에 밀착되도록 하였으며 면도가 용이하게 이루어 지도록 하였다.
제 2도는 본 고안의 단면도를 나타낸 것이다.
본 고안을 구성하고있는 헤드(4)부분의 양쪽으로 면도날(3a)(3b)이 부착된것을 나타내고 있다. 헤드(4)부분은 손잡이 부분과의 연결부분이 일정한 각도로 움직일 수 있도록 구성하였다.
제3도는 본 고안의 실시예를 나타내고있다.
면도할때 수염의 결방향대로 면도를 하는것을 나타내고 있다 이때 헤드(4)부분의 아래쪽에 형성되어있는 면도날(3a)에 의하여 절삭되는것을 나타내고 있으며, 헤드(4)부분이 일정한 각도로 움직이게 되므로 면도기를 아래방향으로 이동하게되면 헤드(4)부분이 꺽이면서 아래쪽 면도날(3a)이 얼굴에 밀착되면서 절삭되도록 하였다.
또한 수염의 결방향 위쪽으로 절삭할때 면도기를 거꾸로 뒤집지않고 면도하는것을 나타내고있다. 면도기를 거꾸로 뒤집지않고 잡고있는 상태에서 얼굴에 접촉한상태로 위쪽으로 밀어주면 헤드(4)부분이 일정한 각도로 움직이게되며 헤드(4)부분에 형성된 위쪽의 면도날(3b)이 얼굴에 밀착된다. 이때 면도기를 위쪽으로 밀어주면 위쪽의 면도날(3b)에 의하여 수염이 절삭되며, 면도기를 뒤집지 않아도 쉽게 면도를 할수있도록 구성하였다.
도 4는 종래의 면도기를 이용하는것을 나타내고 있으며, 위쪽으로 면도할 때 면도기를 거꾸로 잡은 상태로 면도하는것을 나타내고 있다.
본 고안은 양면 면도기에 관한 것으로 기존의 면도기 사용시 불편한 점을 해소 시킬 수 있게 되었으며, 양면 면도날에 의하여 면도기의 내구성을 증가시켜 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 헤드(4) 부분이 일정 각도로 움직일 수 있고 일 방향으로만 면도를 할 수 있는 통상적인 면도기에 있어서,
    헤드(4)의 양방향으로 각각 면도날(3a)(3b)을 구성하여, 면도기를 뒤집어들지 않고서도 당기거나 밀어서 면도를 할 수 있게 한것을 특징으로하는 양면 면도기.
