Abstract

장시간 에어컨(냉방기)을 사용하는 경우 팬 모터의 작은 소리라도 귀에 거슬리며 특히 취침시에 숙면을 방해하는 경우가 있다.
본 고안은 라디에이터 분리형조차도 가지고 있는 이러한 에어컨의 소음을 획기적으로 줄이기 위하여 팬 모터(송풍 모터)도 라디에이터 쪽에 설치하고 에어튜브만을 통해서 실내로 냉기를 불어줌으로써 실내에서는 거의 무소음 상태로 에어컨을 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

팬 모터 실외 장치형 무소음 에어컨 {Noise proof air conditioner by outdoor blow motor system}
에어컨 (냉방기) 제조 및 설계 기술로서 종래의 중앙 집중식이 아닌 개별 냉방의 경우 어떤 경우에도 송풍모터는 실내에 위치하였기 때문에 소음을 줄이는데 한계가 있었음.
에어컨 (냉방기)의 소음을 근절 또는 최소화하여 정숙한 실내 분위기를 유지하고자 함.
에어컨 본체와 냉각기는 물론 송풍기 모터도 실외에 장치하고 에어 튜브로 통해 냉각된 공기만 실내로 통한다.
본 고안은 라디에이터 분리형조차도 가지고 있는 이러한 에어컨의 소음을 획기적으로 줄이기 위하여 팬 모터(송풍모터)도 라디에이터 쪽에 설치하고 에어튜브만을 통해서 실내로 냉기를 불어줌으로써 실내에서는 거의 무소음 상태로 에어컨을 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
에어튜브는 플랙시블한 소재로 제작하여 원형의 구멍이나 장방형의 창문 틈으로도 자유로이 배관을 할 수 있게 하였다.
에어컨 작동시 들리는 소음을 획기적으로 줄임으로서 조용하고 쾌적한 실내환경을 조성한다.

  1. 에어컨 본체와 냉각기는 물론 송풍기(모터)까지를 실외에 장치하고 냉각된 공기의 통로인 튜브만을 실내로 연결한 저소음 정숙형 에어컨(냉방기)
