Claims (9)
- 수도관내에 설치되어 물의 유량을 조절하는 유량조절밸브에 있어서, 측벽과 저벽(底壁)을 구비하고, 상단에 물의 출입구가 되는 제1의 개방구를 가지며, 상기 측벽에 물의 출입구가 되는 복수의 제2의 개방구를 가지는 케이싱과, 상기 제2의 개방구의 개방도를 조정하기 위해서 케이싱내에 배치되고, 상기 제1의 개방구측으로 향하는 정점(頂點)과, 이 정점에서 복수의 제2의 개방구를 향하여 경사져서 넓어지는 경사면을 가지는 경사면체와, 상기 케이싱에 설치된 암나사에 나사결합하여, 상기 경사면체를 밑에서 지탱하는 수나사를 구비하고, 상기 수나사의 위치를 조절함으로써, 상기 경사면체에 의해서 부분적으로 폐쇄되는 상기 제2의 개방구의 개방도를 조정하는 유량조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사면체는 상기 수나사의 상단에 고정되어 있는 유량조절밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱의 측벽은 제1의 개방구에서 하방으로 향하여 순서대로 직경이 축소하는 테이퍼 형상의 내면을 가지는 테이퍼부와, 상기 테이퍼부의 내면의 하단부에서 똑바르게 하방으로 연장되는 내면을 가지는 통형상부를 가지며, 상기 경사면체의 하단부는 상기 통형상부의 내면에 밀접하는 크기를 가지고 있고, 상기 케이싱의 저벽이 상기 제1의 개방구보다도 상류측에 위치하도록, 케이싱은 수도관의 수도꼭지 부근에 설치되고, 상기 경사면체는 상기 테이퍼부내에 위치하게 되어, 상기 경사면체의 하단부와 상기 테이퍼부의 내면의 사이의 간격을 조절하여 물의 유량조정을 하는 유량조절밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱의 저벽에는 관통구멍이 설치되고, 상기 수나사의 저면(底面)에는 상기 관통구멍을 통해서 삽입되는 렌치를 받아들이기 위한 렌치구멍이 설치되어 있는 유량조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사면체의 경사면은 구면(球面)으로 구성된 유량조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사면체는 원뿔 또는 각뿔형상을 가지고 있는 유량조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사면체의 경사면은 오목한 만곡면인 유량조절밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사면체는 구체이고, 이 구체를 밑에서 지탱하는 수나사를 구비하며, 상기 케이싱에는 상기 구체가 상기 제1개방구에서 빠져나오는 것을 방지하기 위한 스토퍼가 설치되어 있는 유량조절밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 구체와, 상기 수나사의 사이에는 상기 구체를 상기 스토퍼측을 향하여 힘을 가하기 위한 용수철이 배치되어 있고, 상기 구체와 상기 스토퍼는 체크 밸브기능을 수행하는 유량조절밸브.
