Abstract

본 고안은 조절이 가능한 로타리 흙받이커버에 관한 것으로, 특히 로타리의 전면에 흙받이커버를 장착고정하여 흙이나 기타 이물질을 트랙터뒷쪽으로 튀지않게 하는 흙받이커버에 관한 것으로, 종래 트랙터부착용 로타리작업을 하는 경우, 흙(탕물), 돌등의 이물질이 트랙터 뒤쪽으로 튀는 것을 단순히 고무커버를 로타리 전면에 부분적으로 부착하였으나 이를 완벽히 방지하지 못했을 뿐 아니라, 조그마한 충격에도 찢겨 나가는 등의 불편한 점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안에서는 로타리의 전면에 흙받이커버를 양쪽측면에서 볼트로 축고정하고, 높낮이를 조정할 수 있는 조절레버로 지지하여 충격을 흡수할 수 있도록 하여 로타리작업의 효율성을 갖게 한 고안이다.

본 고안은 조절이 가능한 로타리 흙받이커버에 관한 것으로, 특히 로타리의 전면에 흙받이커버를 장착고정하여 흙이나 기타 이물질을 트랙터뒷쪽으로 튀지않게 하는 조절이 가능한 로타리 흙받이커버에 관한 것이다.
종래 트랙터부착용 로타리작업을 하는 경우, 흙(탕물), 돌등의 이물질이 트랙터 뒤쪽으고 튀는 것을 단순히 고무커버을 로타리 전면에 부분적으로 부착하였으나 이를 완벽히 방지하지 못했을 뿐 아니라, 조그마한 충격에도 찢겨 나가는 등의 불편한 점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안에서는 로타리의 전면에 흙받이커버를 양쪽측면에서 볼트로 축고정하고, 높낮이를 조정할 수 있는 조절레버로 지지하여 충격을 흡수할 수 있도록 한 것인바, 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
기존의 농용트랙터 부착용 로타리에 있어서, 상부연결고리대(15)와 로타리(1)의 등판(2) 상부면에, 앞쪽에 구멍(7)이 형성된 하부연결고리대(6)를 2개 1조씩, 2조를 당접한 로타리 (1)의 등판(2)의 전면하부에형상의 흙받이커버(5)를 로타리(1)의 양쪽 측판(3,3')에서 볼트(4)로 체결하고, 상기 2조의 하부연켤고리대(6)의 구멍(7)에 승강유도관(8)을 볼트(9,9')체결한후 승강유도홈(8')에 조절레버(10)를 삽입하해 조절레버체결관(11)에 체결하고, 조절레버체결관(11)의 다른 일편을 흙받이커버(5)에 형성한 2개 1조씩, 2조의 지지편(12,12')에 핀(13)과 R핀(13')으로 고정하여 구성되어 있다.
이와 같이된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
종래의 로타리의 구조상 전면부가 개방되어 작업시 흙이나 이물질등이 트랙터뒷쪽으로 튀게되어 트랙터를 이용한 로타리작업시 트랙터후미가 더러워지는 것을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 작업의 효율성을 배가시킬 수 있도록 조절레버를 사용하여 높낮이를 조정할 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 기존의 농용트랙터 부착용 로타리(1)에 있어서, 구멍(7)이 형성된 하부연결고리대(6)를 2개 1조씩, 2조를 당접한 로터리(1)의 등판(2)의 전면하부에형상의 흙받이커버(5)를 로타리(1)의 양쪽 측판(3,3')에서 볼트(4)로 체결하고, 상기 2조의 하부연결고리대(6)의 구멍(7)에 승강유도관(8)을 볼트(9,9')체결한 후 승강유도홈(8')에 조절레버 (10)를 삽입하여 조절레버체결관(11)에 체결하고, 조절레버체결관(11)의 다른 일편을 상기 흙받이커버(5)에 형성한 2개 1조씩, 2조의 지지편(12,12')에 핀(13)과 R핀(13')으로 고정함을 특징으로 조절이 가능한 로타리 흙받이커버.
