본 고안은 에어백 하우징의 체결부 외주연에 숫나사부를 형성하고 이와 체결되는 스티어링 휠 허브(Steering wheel hub)의 내주연에 암나사부를 형성하여 에어백 하우징이 스티어링 휠 허브에 상호 나사결합되는 에어백 하우징 체결구조에 관한 것으로 종래의 스티어링 휠 허브의 안착홈에 에어백 하우징의 체결 브라켓이 삽입되어 볼팅되는 체결구조에서는 스티어링 휠이 엔진의 진동에 장기간 노출되면 이에 의하여 볼트가 느슨해져 상호 체결부위가 이격되므로써 안착홈과 체결 브라켓이 맞부딪쳐 소음이 발생하는 문제점이 있어왔던바 본 고안은 스티어링 휠 허브의 안착홈 내주연에 암나사부를 형성하고 이에 삽입되는 에어백 하우징의 체결 브라켓의 외주연에는 숫나사부를 형성하여 상호 나사결합하므로써 진동에 의한 안착홈과 체결 브라켓의 이격을 미연에 방지하는 것은 물론 스티어링 휠 허브의 상측에서 에어백 하우징을 나사결합하므로써 조립성 및 작업성을 향상시키는 효과가 있는 에어백 하우징 체결구조이다.The present invention forms a male thread on the outer periphery of the fastening part of the airbag housing and forms a female thread on the inner circumference of the steering wheel hub which is fastened to the airbag housing fastening structure in which the airbag housing is mutually screwed to the steering wheel hub.
